Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

If you have please tell me how you did it! thanks!

A lot of people think that exercise is the best answer for cellulite, but they're wrong. Exercise is the best way to lose weight, but getting rid of cellulite isn't necessarily about losing weight. Cellulite is really like a little pocket of fat and a balanced diet and exercise can, of course, reduce the fat content within the cellulite. This might make the cellulite to appear less dimpled, but the actual cellulite is still there!

The treatments for cellulites on your butt, thighs, or tummy, are advanced medical spa treatments. You should look into treatments like LipoDissolve or VelaSmooth. VelaSmooth is great because it's totally non-invasive.

One site I found that's pretty good is http://www.healthyskinportal.com/ They have tons of facts about cellulite.

Quick fix if I can since it's nice out now, but I'm willing to work for it. I have no idea how to get rid of it though. I have always been slim, but have had cellulite since I was 10 or 11. Please help because I think it's ugly and I want to wear shorts around people that aren't family!!!

The good news is: There are definitely procedures out there that will help you get rid of stretchmarks and cellulite. Unfortunately, you cant get rid of stretchmarks…for the most part, it's genetic and you will either get them from pregnancy or weight gain…or you won't. In order to treat the marks and cellulite you do have, you can consider a few techniques.

Stretch Marks: Treat them when they're new and/or pink! The fresher the marks are, the easier they are to get rid of. Microderm and laser treatments in conjunction with topical treatments are very effective methods for fading or eliminating your stretch marks. You will need a series of treatments (depending on your situation). Free consultations are available at any good medspa or laser clinic, and they should be able to tell you exactly what you can expect as far as the treatment, # of sessions, results, and cost.

For cellulite, there's a range of treatments from more invasive surgical options such as tumescent liposuction, SmarLipo…or minimally invasive options like Endermologie (massage) or Mesotherapy (saline injections). Another treatment, called VelaSmooth is a laser procedure that is also effective at melting fat deposits. Remember, these treatments are effective for people with excercise resistant fat cells and NOT for people with moderate to extreme weight problems. In other words, this is for toning, not for weight loss. Hope this helps. Check out the link below for more info and for clinics and medspa in your area. Go in for a consultation…it's definitely worth your time!

I've been in good shape all my life, and I'm definitely not fat. I'm 5'5 and I weigh 102. I run everyday about 2 miles, but I've always had fat/cellulite on my thighs and knees. What can I do about this?
