Stretch Marks: Treat them when they're new and/or pink! The fresher the marks are, the easier they are to get rid of. Microderm and laser treatments in conjunction with topical treatments are very effective methods for fading or eliminating your stretch marks. You will need a series of treatments (depending on your situation). Free consultations are available at any good medspa or laser clinic, and they should be able to tell you exactly what you can expect as far as the treatment, # of sessions, results, and cost.
For cellulite, there's a range of treatments from more invasive surgical options such as tumescent liposuction, SmarLipo…or minimally invasive options like Endermologie (massage) or Mesotherapy (saline injections). Another treatment, called VelaSmooth is a laser procedure that is also effective at melting fat deposits. Remember, these treatments are effective for people with excercise resistant fat cells and NOT for people with moderate to extreme weight problems. In other words, this is for toning, not for weight loss. Hope this helps. Check out the link below for more info and for clinics and medspa in your area. Go in for a consultation…it's definitely worth your time!

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

exercise: exercise is important because it burns that excess fat. It also tones the area that has become soft. Some people who exercise to remove cellulite will never succeed because they don’t target the cellulite area. example if you have cellulite on your thighs. You don’t want to be doing sit-ups, you need to be running, lunges or walking depending on your physical capabilities. Also to get the most benefits out of exercising to remove cellulite you need to work your cardiovascular and anaerobic systems.
As explain toxins and fats are a major cause to cellulite so you need make some alterations to your diet. You need to remove as much saturated fat from your diet as possible. This means no more deep fried foods and take-away foods. To reduce the amount of toxins in your body you don’t need a full detox diet. You just need to stay away from highly processed foods. This can be easy all you have to do to remove most of the toxins is eat more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Some people think you don’t need a cellulite cream, but to get the best results and fastest results you would probably want a cellulite cream. Why do you need a cellulite? Because, the cellulite has damaged your skins connective tissues and cell structure, and the longer you wait the worse it gets unfortunately. The are a lot of cellulite creams available, i reckon the best is Revitols cellulite cream. Revitol are becoming hugely popular as they have a proven track record with a product that works, and when it comes down to it you want a product that works. Their customer care is really helpful if you have any questions. http://www.naturalskincaretreatments.com
i wish the best of luck with your cellulite removal.

First you should find out why you have cellulite and fight it from there.
You need to activate your metabolism by doing proper physical exercise and intake more fluids. Perhaps reasonable walking, exercising and/or swimming would do. This should stimulate the elimination of toxins in your body. It is important that you activate your system before you start decomposing the cellulite structure.
Drink enough water and/or diuretic teas. Diuretic teas range from mild diuretics (Rosehip) to teas specially mixed for fighting cellulite which you can buy in the pharmacy.
Eat properly. An example of diuretic food are cucumber and parsley. Eat lots of fiber and combine your food properly and in proper quantities. Congestion followed by constipation, is the killer.
Use special creams to prepare your skin for the stress, as well as to treat it afterwards. This way you would avoid stretch marks. Stretch marks are best treatable in early stage.
Anti cellulite gels are good for the superficial decomposition of cellulite. Give it a try.
Massage is essential. You do need to have someone massage it away, with special oils and wrapping, etc. This is combined with specific treatments used in salons, where practically everything is applicable and, unless you are unlucky with the salon choice, under control.
When you start crunching the cellulite, at the beginning it may appear that you have more of it, because the deeper layers would go to the surface. Don't panic. This is temporary. I'm saying this because perhaps you are aware that summer is coming and you've found your long lost thighs
You must strive throughout. Bad experience is with peoples who remember of their body only before summer comes, and those who simply are looking for a one day wonder after years of mistreating their body. Think of it as a long term commitment to fight cellulite and you are on the right path.

Because cellulite is beneath the surface of the skin and can also be genetic, most of us need that extra push to see results. I would suggest reseaching Mesotherapy and Lipodissolve…both are proven to be highly effective at breaking down fat cells through sodium deoxycholate and other active agents and flushing them naturally out of the body. If you combine these treatments with drinking lots of water and exercise, I think you'd be suprised by how quick and effective the treatments are. You should consult with a specialist though, to determine exactly what results you can expect and if the treatment is right for you.
You can use the websites below for research or to schedule a free consult with a practice near you. Oh, and you might also want to research VelaSmooth and Endermologie….different methodologies for treatment, but again….noticeable results. Hope this helps!
