-Coffee Scrubs
-Dry Brushing
Dr. Murad is a cellulite specialist and he recommends the following 9 steps:
1. Strengthen blood vessels/increase blood flow
2. Encourage the production of connective tissue
3. Stimulate the production of collagen and elastin
4. Attract water to the cells
5. Repair cell membranes
6. Reduce wasted water
7. Prevent free-radical damage
8. Reduce inflammation
9. Promote exfoliation
Eat healthy, drink LOTS of water, and research some of this stuff. Also, a tan (fake or real) can be a quick fix. You’ll be on the fast-track to smooth skin!
I would like to know what is the easiest way for me to get rid of bellyfat and cellulite?
Anti-Cellulite

For belly fat, don't drink beer, eat organic foods and work out both aerobically and with weights. Weights are especially important as that will increase your metabolism. For your aerobic work outs, make sure to work out for at leas 25 minutes because it takes that long for the body to start removing fat deposits for energy requirements.

For cellulite, squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

Im thinking of buying them but im not sure if they work, anyone has an experience???
oh yeah i dont expect them to work with me just sitting around i think im gonna try them

There is no miracle treatment for cellulite except for liposuction or exercise.
If you use these products in addition to a cardio program, you'll see results. But if you just use them and sit around on your bum all day, don't expect miracles. :)
Running helps.

EDIT: LOL! Glad to see you have some sense. You can also try True Blue Spa's Bring Up The Rear lotion. They sell it at Bath and Body Works. It's helped me, along with exercise. I don't know about the others.

Any tips?

Of course diet and working out are the best long term options. If you have short term needs, you can call 888.517.4187 where they have multiple nationwide providers and get set up for a mesotherapy or velasmooth treatment. The attached site(s) have information on the procedures and providers…the 2nd site ranks the providers based on service levels.
Is there a website that posts free trainers in your area? Only serious, mature answers please.
I just had a son and before I was preggo, I had a eight-pack abs, rock hard buns, etc. I worked out everyday while i was preggo. The last month was the hardest cause i was so tired. I climed at least three flights of stairs everyday until i delivered. I still need to get rid of all that "stuff" i had b 4 i was preggo.

I have heard so many different things on how to beat cellulite, does anyone know of any treatment that has worked? I know it won’t totally go away, but maybe help reduce the nasty appearance.

Thanks!

You have to:
– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
– use a contrast shower
– go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed! :) . I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

I don't really have it, but I'm just wondering if you can "treat" cellulite by exercising and losing weight. I know part of the reason people get cellulite is due to genetics (which is why some skinny people have it). So there must be some other way. Are there inexpensive ways?

Losing weight is the only way to decrease the appearance of cellulite. There is no treatment except for liposuction.

I will try to get to the point quickly for this answer so i don waste your time.
-cellulite is caused from the fat cells in the cellulite damaged area expanding due to excess fat and toxin intake, the cells expand and group together that’s where the dimpled look comes from.

to remove cellulite you need to do 3 things

1)you need to exercise
-make sure the exercises are cellulite area specific. execute exercises that target the cellulite area.
-three 30min sessions is enough to see result but more and you see faster results
-focus on cardiovascular exercises, whilst focusing on anaerobic
just to tone the area
-exercise works because it burns the excess fat and tone the area

2)couple of small alterations to your diet
-remove as much saturated fat from your diet as possible = no more deep dried foods or take away
-to remove toxins from your diet don’t eat foods that are highly processed or foods that are high in sugar
-don’t drink alcohol
-try to eat as much fresh fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water this will help remove the toxin build up

3)you need a cellulite cream
-why? the cellulite has caused damage to your skins connective tissues and cell structure the cellulite cream provides the specific nutrients needed to repair the damage
-probably the best cellulite cream is from Revitol their cream has a massive track record of a product that effectively removes cellulite. they have good prices and a helpful customer service. they are becoming really popular because their cream works. Revitol are so confident in their product that they back it with a money back guarantee. you can find it at http://naturalskincaretreatments.com/

these 3 steps will definitely help i wish you all the best.

Unfortunately there's no one remedy that will help eliminate cellulite, after trying a few different things I found a really good beautician who explained how cellulite is the build up of toxins in our bodies.

I did a treatment which included a detox diet for a small period of time, cellulite massage, drinking about 6 cups of herbal tea a day, dry skin body brushing before shower, and a few leg exercises, all of which reduced the cellulite to nothing… and made my legs more toned, I even lost a little weight around my thighs and butt area (not that I really needed to though).

Sorry but some exercise will be involved, only a few minutes a day will help, but you can't expect to buy something to put on your legs to get rid of cellulite.

Good luck with it.

I have some dimples on my butt and i only bought the gel cream nivea goodbye cellulite would the cream reduce them or get rid off them?. thank you.

No, and do not count too much on it being effetcive on the cellulite. A recent independent test of all cellulite creams on the market listed Nivea Goodbye Cellulite as almost the worst performing one. Confirm with a Google search. Dimples on certain parts of the body do respond to some treatments. Mainly facial dimples. This was a result of vigorous massage with oils. However I do not think this could be readily applied to the B. But try researching with Google
