A healthy life style should definately help. don't freak about it just yet. the most important thing to stay away from is caffine. 14 years old, dont be so worried…just maintain a healthy life.
Anti-Cellulite

Cellulite can be described as lymphatic junk that hasn't been taken away through the system. There are several reasons this occurs; genetic, improper diet, stress, too tight outfit, etc. Cellulite is not fat.

First you should find out why you have cellulite and fight it from there.

You need to activate your metabolism by doing proper physical exercise and intake more fluids. Perhaps reasonable walking, exercising and/or swimming would do. This should stimulate the elimination of toxins in your body. It is important that you activate your system before you start decomposing the cellulite structure.

Drink enough water and/or diuretic teas. Diuretic teas range from mild diuretics (Rosehip) to teas specially mixed for fighting cellulite which you can buy in the pharmacy.

Eat properly. An example of diuretic food are cucumber and parsley. Eat lots of fiber and combine your food properly and in proper quantities. Congestion followed by constipation, is the killer.

Use special creams to prepare your skin for the stress, as well as to treat it afterwards. This way you would avoid stretch marks. Stretch marks are best treatable in early stage.

Anti cellulite gels are good for the superficial decomposition of cellulite. Give it a try.

Massage is essential. You do need to have someone massage it away, with special oils and wrapping, etc. This is combined with specific treatments used in salons, where practically everything is applicable and, unless you are unlucky with the salon choice, under control.

When you start crunching the cellulite, at the beginning it may appear that you have more of it, because the deeper layers would go to the surface. Don't panic. This is temporary. I'm saying this because perhaps you are aware that summer is coming and you've found your long lost thighs. You must strive throughout. Bad experience is with peoples who remember of their body only before summer comes, and those who simply are looking for a one day wonder after years of mistreating their body. Think of it as a long term commitment to fight cellulite and you are on the right path.

Frequently asked questions:

Q: Is coffee bad for cellulite?

A: People usually drink coffee after a heavy meal, every day and in larger quantities. It usually all sums up into a nice heavy congestion. Drinking coffee on empty stomach, and in reasonable quantity is not bad for cellulite.

Q: What is the fastest way to get rid of cellulite?

A: Liposuction.

Q: Is exercising and diet enough to get rid of cellulite?

A: No. It needs to be treated locally.

(you look nice in clothes, but there's still jiggly bits although you're not that big)….for those who are "perfect," is it genetics or do you just work out constantly?
Anti-Cellulite

I'm 5'8 and weigh 129. I'm a size 4 and I feel I look good in clothes, but have a flabby stomach and cellulite. I work out quite a bit and do quite a few crunches although I am sure I could do more. I think we are just built that way. As for cellulite I don't think there is much we can do about that. For those people that have a perfect body I think it has a lot to do with genetics.
And does cocoa butter work?

also. i'm not over weight. i weigh 117 and i'm only 14.

I do this and it works great. It gives me a great glow and super smooth skin and keeps cellulte away. I dry brush once every day and then on shower days after my shower I apply a nice natural body lotion or butter. (I use burts bees.)

What is a Dry Brush Exfoliation?

A dry brush exfoliation involves the use of a soft, dry brush to gently brush the skin. It is recommended by holistic practitioners to remove dead skin cells, improve the circulation of blood and lymph, and enhance detoxification through skin. The gentle pressure is also thought to have a calming effect.

How is Dry Brush Exfoliation Done?

The only tool needed is a soft, dry, skin brush, preferably with natural bristles.

Step 1
Stand in the shower with the water off.

Step 2
Starting at your feet, start brushing in small circles towards your heart. Apply very light pressure, avoiding broken skin, skin rashes, or areas where the skin is thin, such as the face or inner thighs.

Step 3
After you've finished both legs, move on to your arms. Brush from your fingertips, again towards your heart.

Step 4
Reach around and brush from your back towards your stomach.

Step 5
When you are finished, begin showering.

The Benefits Of Dry Skin Brushing

• Dry skin brushing helps to shed dead skin cells, which can help improve skin texture and cell renewal.

• Dry skin brushing increases circulation to skin, encouraging your body’s discharge of metabolic wastes, which greatly aids the lymphatic drainage of the entire body. When the body rids itself of toxins, it is able to run more efficiently in all areas.

• Dry skin brushing also helps to tighten the skin because it increases the flow of blood. Increasing the circulation to the skin can also help lessen the appearance of cellulite.

• Dry skin brushing stimulates the lymph canals to drain toxic mucoid matter into the colon, thereby purifying the entire system. This enables the lymph to perform its house-cleaning duties by keeping the blood and other vital tissues detoxified. After several days of dry brushing, you may notice the gelatinous mucoid material in your stools.

• Dry skin brushing helps with muscle tone and more even distribution of fat deposits.

• Dry skin brushing also rejuvenates the nervous system by stimulating nerve endings in the skin.

• Dry skin brushing helps your skin to absorb nutrients by eliminating clogged pores. Healthy, breathing skin contributes to overall body health.

• Individuals who sit at a computer screen all day long will particularly take pleasure in the benefits of skin brushing. People who have inactive lifestyles or jobs usually experience stiff and sore necks and shoulders that reach even into their arms and down their spines and into their lower backs. Increased blood flow begins entering the areas brushed and you will experience an increase in electromagnetic energy that permits you to feel energized and invigorated.

• LADIES—Cellulite is toxic. Cellulite is toxic materials that are accumulated in your body’s fat cells as they are unable to be eliminated. So, rather than liposuction surgery, how about utilizing the “dry skin brushing” techniques coupled with an alkaline diet program and a great exercising routine. It will break down the unwelcome toxic body deposits and send them scurrying out of your body through the elimination channels we discussed above.

This site has some nice, cheap, natural bristle dry brushes.

My mum owns a Formostar infrared body wrap, from when she owned a beauty salon. it literally got rid of ALL of me and my mum's cellulite, and helps slim your arms and stomach and butt and legs.
i get to use it whenever i want for free, but they usually cost at least 60$ for a session. each session lasts 1 hour
My wife feels quite embarrassed about the cellulite she has on her stomach after giving birth several months ago. Her problem is how to get rid of cellulite as it seems to be affecting her confidence? I can't afford laser surgery and don't like the thought of it in any case and nor does she. What causes the stretch marks to stay?
Anti-Cellulite

Some women will experience stretch marks more than others, and results from the stretching of the skin. It's not only pregnancy that can cause them, but weight loss and body building also.

The cellulite can certainly be improved. My wife uses a combination of exercise and Revitol cream ( http://www.bestcellulitereduction.com/goodbye-cellulite ) which strengthens the skin. She regularly jogs or goes to the local swimming pool, in addition to applying cream to the area of cellulite.

It's a great way to remove cellulite because you can also take the kids swimming with you! The cream contains natural ingredients and is safe to use. In addition to these tips, eat healthily and avoid junk food as much as possible. There's quite a few cellulite creams on the market but my wife swears by Revitol; it certainly looks to be improving her skin health.

Hi,

You have to:
– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas
– use a contrast shower
– Go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed! :) . I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

I'm 16 years old and i was overweight since i was 12 i already lost 35 pounds and trying to reduce cellulite around my stomach area and also reduce fat inner thighs what are the best exercise i can do?
Anti-Cellulite

To reduce cellulite you need to lose fat from all over your body since there's no such thing as spot reducing. Just do some cardio exercise every day for at least a half hour and some light weight lifting and make sure you are eating a healthy balanced diet and you should see the fat loss.
I'm 29, i have cellulite on my butt, now i gained some weight and its all over my stomach now. Can i get rid of it by exercising?
i tried velasmooth- had 15 treatments- results were not good. 10% improvement.
Anti-Cellulite

Cellulite is a skin condition that is characterized by a series of dimples or hills and valleys (large and small) on the surface of the skin. For sufferers of this condition, the skin is often described as having a cottage cheese or lumpy appearance. The dimples in the skin’s surface are caused by fat deposits that push against the connective tissue underneath the skin. These fat deposits rob the skin of its smooth surface.

Cellulite can be difficult to get rid of just be exercising because those fat deposits are quite stubborn and do not leave your body easily.

I have tried the velasmooth system and have had good results. It does take several treatments however.
