Exercise and losing weight are the only things that will get rid of cellulite. Some of the spas offer body wraps, but without underlying muscle tone and reducing fat, it is a waste of money.
Wish I had a magic bullet, alas, it is not so.
Good luck!
OMG! If u don't kno the answer then don't say anything! Go to the riddle and joke section to get 2 points! GEESH!

Next make 1 batch of coffee use the grounds to put directly on skin and massage in circular motions for about 1min each. Next apply platic wrap around area (wrap tight). Sorry but next you nedd to get physical(walking, cycling or anything that is going to make you sweat in that area) By the next day you should be able to see a difference. Good Luck!
I have a medium build, I wear a size 2 and I have never been overweight, but yet I have cellulite and I know you can't get rid of it, so what is a good way to cover it up?
I also excersise 45 mins to 60 mins
4-6 days a week and it doesn't help.

I am in good shape, fyi. And girls in even better shape, such as Mischa Barton (Marrisa off the OC) even have cellulite.

Unfortunately dieting or exercise alone will not influence your cellulite, and anyone with any body type can have it.
However, cellulite does get worse with age if left untreated.
Revitol Cellulite Cream is a natural topical product you apply straight to the problem zones. Because cellulite is actually little pockets of fat under your skin, your blood circulation does not easily reach these areas.
It's 100% safe, it contains only natural ingredients and will be easily absorbed by your skin to reach your problem cellulite immediately.
There are a lot of cellulite products on the market, and most are not worth a thing! You might have already found out the hard way by spending a lot of money and receiving a product that simply does not work!
But they offer a full money-back guarantee. I know Revitol works, but if you disagree you can return the product and they will refund your purchase price.

I've also seen those pads that you put on the back of your legs while you sleep, does anyone know anything about them?

Here are 3 natural cellulite remedy fixes you may not have heard about that don't cost much and anyone can try.
#1) Coffee Grounds
Rub approximate 1/2 cup of warm brewed coffee grounds into dimpled areas (the heat helps to release the caffeine) and then use plastic wrap to trap the grounds against your skin. Think of this as your own spa caffeine body wrap.
Leave the plastic wrap on for about 10-15 minutes. Since caffeine is a diuretic, it helps shrink skin cells for a tighter look. Effects can last up to 24 hours.
#2) Cranberry Juice
Cranberries are a great source of bioflavonoids, antioxidants that have been proven to help improve circulation (one of the reasons for cellulite is poor circulation). Try drinking one glass of pure cranberry juice a day and you should see a difference in approximately 3 weeks.
(However pure cranberry juice can also be expensive – and strong tasting – so you might want to try watering it down a bit and sipping throughout the day).
This may not be as fast as the coffee grounds method but it will also give you the advantage of more beautiful skin and lots of antioxidant benefits.
#3) Seaweed Baths
Seaweed is an excellent detoxifier and helps to release trapped toxins that are often stored in the fat cells. A seaweed bath can increase blood and lymph flow to circulation-starved areas, break down cellulite, and move the resultant waste out of your body.
Take a sheet of seaweed (you can find seaweed at your local grocery store usually in the health food section), break it up and add it to your bathwater. Soak at least 10 – 15 minutes.
While it may not be as effective, this is still an excellent substitute for those expensive seaweed baths you get at the spa.
So those are three ways to start losing cellulite in a natural way.

Here are some ideas.
Cause
Cellulite is due to an increased ratio of fat cells to lean body mass. In order to reverse it, reducing body fat content and building up muscle mass is important. Spot reducing, aimed at fat reduction at specific body sites, is extremely difficult, and often is not possible.
Cellulite is formed by fibroid masses of protein that have accumulated in the spaces between the cells due to faulty elimination of waste by-products through the lymphatic system, your body`s filtration system.

Natural Cures
Aromatherapy: Juniper, rosemary, lavender, lemon, or geranium essential oils rubbed into the affected areas can be very helpful.
Bodywork: Self-massage the affected area regularly.
Diet: Eat a whole foods diet with less complex carbohydrates and sugars than is usually recommended for the average person. Also drink large amounts of filtered water and decrease your total fat intake to below 20 percent of your total diet. Also avoid eating animal fats and processed fats, and do not eat protein at night since unused protein in the body puts a greater load on the lymphatic system.
Exercise to Reduce or Eliminate Cellulite: Since gravity is the primary force that creates cellulite, the following exercise is beneficial: First, gently jump on a mini-trampoline or rebounder (if available) to create pumping action in the lymph system. Then, using gravity to drain the lymph system, place your legs up against a wall or over a chair and massage, very lightly, the crease formed by the legs and the abdomen in order to open the deep inguinal lymph nodes, which is where all of the accumulation that forms the cellulite must pass to be eliminated from the body.
Flower Essences: Crab Apple can help release feelings associated with negative body image. Add two drops into 4 ounces of pour water four times a day and continue until you reclaim your positive body image.
Herbs: Combine equal parts of horse chestnut bark and gotu kola tinctures and take 1/2 teaspoon three times a day. Topically apply a compress made with white birch oil, morning and evening, or apply an ointment or lotion made from horse chestnut twice a day. Aloe vera extract can also be applied topically to the affected areas.
Juice Therapy: Beet and carrot juice combined together can help flush out toxins and stimulate the lymphatic system, helping to reduce cellulite deposits.
Skin Brushing: This staple of naturopathic medicine, which involves the use of a natural bristle brush that is gently used to scrub the skin of the entire body in gentle circular motions to encourage removal of dead skin, stimulates the lymph system and increases blood circulation in underlying organs and tissues, contributing to better elimination of fat deposits such as cellulite and enhanced skin function generally, leaving your skin soft and glowing. It should be performed daily for at least 5 minutes and ideally be followed by a bath in which essential oils are used.
Alternative Professional Care
If your symptoms persist despite the above measures, seek the help of a qualified health professional. The following professional care therapies have all been shown to be useful for treating and relieving the symptoms of cellulite: Detoxification Therapy, Energy Medicine (Light Beam Generator), Magnetic Field Therapy, Massage Therapy (especially Lymphatic Massage), Natural Hormone Replacement Therapy, and Naturopathic Medicine

All the Best

The best way to reduce it is to work out that area and tone the thigh and butt muscles. Eating healthy and losing the fat will definitely skim it down – but even skinny girls end up with this. In that case, there are also some creams that can help smooth the outer layer of skin making the cellulite less noticable. Look for L-Carnitine, Caffeine, or Theophylline in the ingredients. This is the cheapest route. There are also non-surgical procedures you can get in a spa – but they'll want you to come back for several treatments and it could end up costing thousands.
Hope this helps!
