Since cellulite is fat, there are NO MAGICAL SOLUTIONS to get rid of it. If you reduce the SIZE of your fat cells, you can reduce the cottage cheese look. This is best accomplished with diet and exercise.
Hey, well I need some tips for this. Well i'm 14 and I'm not really overweight (so i've been told) but everything I wear looks bad on me because I have a chubby belly, love handles and these horrendous thighs! I'm too afraid to wear a bathing suit because of my cellulite also. Do you have a quick and healthy exercise, no diets that will help me lose these terrible features of my body? I've been doing side squats, side crunches, bending down, jogging, marching and jumping jacks each 50 times now for a whole week plus eating healthy but I don't think its enough. So again any solutions? I don't want to be a total stick but a good weight. Please help.

Doing all that, may help you become healthy, but it sounds like you will get bulky. So therefore, you wills still be the same size, just the fat replace with muscles. My advice to you is to walk at least 30 minutes every day. i heard running just gives you muscles, but walking helps you lose weight.
Hello. as we all know swimsuit season is here! i just noticed im getting cellulite on the back of my legs. ah! what is a way to reduce/eliminate it and prevent it from coming back? (im looking into "at home solutions" since im a teenager on a budget)

Do exercises that work the back of your leg. Eat less calories than you burn.

Vigorously rub lotion into the back of your legs. You don't need fancy creams, I figured out the secret is the rubbing action.

Umm..even swimsuit models don't look like swimsuit models. Swimsuit models get surgery, and airbrushed so there is only so much that can be done for you by natural methods even if you had more than 3 weeks so try to be realistic.

You can add 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds to one of the shake servings a day to stay regular (not more than 2 tablespoons a day because flax seeds are high in cals).

Do not eat fruits, especially not fruit juice because it's just liquid sugar without the fiber so you'll release a lot insulin and if you're releasing insulin then that means all fat burning processes are shut down and the body goes into "fat storing mode" so do not eat sugar in any form which includes splenda and do not follow a high protein/low cal liquid diet like this for more than 3 weeks.
Also remember to take a good multi vitamin and drink water water water!! (at least 8 8oz glasses a day).

Everybody says that exercise is the best remedy for cellulite. Well i run every single day 5 miles and i still have problems with cellulite. What other solutions are there to get read of it (at least partially)?

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
