Quick fix if I can since it's nice out now, but I'm willing to work for it. I have no idea how to get rid of it though. I have always been slim, but have had cellulite since I was 10 or 11. Please help because I think it's ugly and I want to wear shorts around people that aren't family!!!

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

I'm 19 years old, 5'6", and I weigh 135 lbs. Unfortunately, most of it is concentrated in my lower body. I have a 24" waist but a 42" butt. I have horrible cellulite and stretch marks all over my "cheeks" and thighs. I won't even wear shorts. Do any of you have first hand experience with this? Is there any (preferably inexpensive) cellulite cream that actually works, where do you buy it, and how much does it cost? Also, what works really well for old stretch marks? Please, no rude comments. I hate myself enough already.
Anti-Cellulite

Sweetie don't hate yourself. 135 pounds is not heavy. You are beautiful no matter what your weight is.
No there are not any creams for cellulite removal or stretch marks. No matter what anyone says, cremes can not help to smooth out skin or help to fix the stretch marks. All that can help the cellulite is doing exercises that will help firm up your legs. Do alot of running and leg squats. Firming up areas where cellulite and stretch marks are, can help them look lighter.
I used to be athletic in my teens and have a really toned body. But after I began to work long hours I grew lazy to hit the gym. Im now 25. My body is still fine but recently i notice if i squeeze my butt cheeks real tight i can see dimpled skin on my butt. Once i relax my butt it smoothens out again and i still wear shorts n bikini no one can tell nothing. I ask my bf and he tells me im finding fault with myself again he sees nothing wrong… >,< I show him the butt squeezing motion he say im crazy if so i have it too. really? do guys have cellulite too? And he gave me this look (-_-)"' So as to not exasperate the poor dude anymore am i imagining things or its a sign that says cellulite is there or is coming soon? i bought a tube of nivea anti cellulite gel does it help to prevent cellulite too?

I'm embarrassed of wearing short shorts because of the cellulite on the back of my legs, yet a lot of thicker and even rather chubby girls wear them and I see no cellulite on them…

I walk a lot, but what else can I do to reduce this? I feel awkward. Skinny but with cellulite…
I'd prefer more along the lines of exercise and foods to eat… I can't really get creams.

Anti-Cellulite

Okay first let me say.. cellulite is air pockets in fat..
so you can try using creams and lotions made for getting rid of cellulite and massage it out… but with lotions, creams, and patches the cellulite will come back.
The only way to truely get rid of it is to work out & diet… not cut back on what your eating, but no junk food.

i had cellulite, but i started running and doing leg exercises and eating right… it all went away..

promise.

I have invented a product -I can't tell you the secret yet, but it got rid of my cellulite. It worked on my friends too. I packaged the anti-cellulite portion of the product in a wearable tight short you can wear around the house at night so it requires no work. Would you buy it? What would you pay for this product? Where would you look to buy it? How old are you? Thanks for your help.

Maybe only if it was likee one month trial,
moneyback garuntee.
i would pay no more then 50.
i would look in health store and exercise stores
and maybe walmart, target ect.
Even skinny girls sometimes have it, does it gross guys out as bad as it does women?

According to my husband, they DO notice and they would rather not see it. He often points out women on the street who are wearing very short skirts/shorts and say, "Why do women do that? why do they wear stuff that shows their cellulite instead of something a little longer that will hide it?"

Now, I of course, don't have a perfect figure, but he appreciates the fact that I work out and try to keep that "cottage cheese" in check. He also appreciates the fact that I dress appropriate for my figure type and not try to squeeze into things that don't fit.
I think if you accentuate your good parts and hide the "cellulite", most men probably won't even notice. However, if you show/flaunt it, they definitely DO notice.

How can you get rid of cellulite, or cover it up, make it less noticable? please help im only 16 and i've lost a huge amount of confidence because of it, dont wear shorts anymore and i cry in a swimsuit, please help, im not even fat!! please

OK there are a few different ways and yes they all work. You can use old coffee grounds (sounds stupid but works) go into the shower and rub them on your cellulite it helps. Another one is Avon's cellulite. that works too. Also Jergens firming lotion works. And using a rolling pin push hard and go back and fourth. That one was on Good Morning America. Oh and congrats on your weight loss.
It's Monday & I have friends coming in from out of town this weekend,My boyfriend bought me a new outfit for Sat. night,HELP it's a pair of short shorts & I have cellulite in my legs,I'm sure my friends are going to want to go to the beach also,Does anyone know of anything I can do to disquise it??

There are these sticky strips with caffiene in them, and when you put them on they're supposed to get rid of some of the celullite…I've seen them at drug stores and grocery stores, good luck!

I got lucky because i dont have any stretch marks whatsoever, but i am a dancer, so the most clothing i usually have on is a tight fitted shirt, and a pair of boy shorts, is there any way to get rid of cellulite? thanks in advance :)
Anti-Cellulite

Cellulite is caused by the weight gain and loss with having yuor kids, lots of thin women have it. there are a ton of expensive cremes and lotions on the market, but nothing has worked for me. i've just decided to be okay with the fact that most women have it and there's not really anything i can do about it. just keep dancing and stay in shape, i bet no one notices it but you.
I'm not overweight at all, I'm 6'0" and 145lbs and have a great body other than my legs! I'm a beach girl too and I can never wear a bikini without shorts =( I'm a college athlete too… I work out all the time and nothing has changed. I've seen lotion products advertised on TV, does that stuff work, if so what kind? Please, I'll take any other suggestions!
I've also seen those pads that you put on the back of your legs while you sleep, does anyone know anything about them?

3 Natural Cellulite Remedy Fixes
Here are 3 natural cellulite remedy fixes you may not have heard about that don't cost much and anyone can try.

#1) Coffee Grounds

Rub approximate 1/2 cup of warm brewed coffee grounds into dimpled areas (the heat helps to release the caffeine) and then use plastic wrap to trap the grounds against your skin. Think of this as your own spa caffeine body wrap.

Leave the plastic wrap on for about 10-15 minutes. Since caffeine is a diuretic, it helps shrink skin cells for a tighter look. Effects can last up to 24 hours.

#2) Cranberry Juice

Cranberries are a great source of bioflavonoids, antioxidants that have been proven to help improve circulation (one of the reasons for cellulite is poor circulation). Try drinking one glass of pure cranberry juice a day and you should see a difference in approximately 3 weeks.

(However pure cranberry juice can also be expensive – and strong tasting – so you might want to try watering it down a bit and sipping throughout the day).

This may not be as fast as the coffee grounds method but it will also give you the advantage of more beautiful skin and lots of antioxidant benefits.

#3) Seaweed Baths

Seaweed is an excellent detoxifier and helps to release trapped toxins that are often stored in the fat cells. A seaweed bath can increase blood and lymph flow to circulation-starved areas, break down cellulite, and move the resultant waste out of your body.

Take a sheet of seaweed (you can find seaweed at your local grocery store usually in the health food section), break it up and add it to your bathwater. Soak at least 10 – 15 minutes.

While it may not be as effective, this is still an excellent substitute for those expensive seaweed baths you get at the spa.

So those are three ways to start losing cellulite in a natural way.
