Also, you can check out non-surgical Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.
Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.
The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.
The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

No there are not any creams for cellulite removal or stretch marks. No matter what anyone says, cremes can not help to smooth out skin or help to fix the stretch marks. All that can help the cellulite is doing exercises that will help firm up your legs. Do alot of running and leg squats. Firming up areas where cellulite and stretch marks are, can help them look lighter.

p.s i don fink its celulite

I walk a lot, but what else can I do to reduce this? I feel awkward. Skinny but with cellulite…
I'd prefer more along the lines of exercise and foods to eat… I can't really get creams.

so you can try using creams and lotions made for getting rid of cellulite and massage it out… but with lotions, creams, and patches the cellulite will come back.
The only way to truely get rid of it is to work out & diet… not cut back on what your eating, but no junk food.
i had cellulite, but i started running and doing leg exercises and eating right… it all went away..
promise.

moneyback garuntee.
i would pay no more then 50.
i would look in health store and exercise stores
and maybe walmart, target ect.

Now, I of course, don't have a perfect figure, but he appreciates the fact that I work out and try to keep that "cottage cheese" in check. He also appreciates the fact that I dress appropriate for my figure type and not try to squeeze into things that don't fit.
I think if you accentuate your good parts and hide the "cellulite", most men probably won't even notice. However, if you show/flaunt it, they definitely DO notice.

I've also seen those pads that you put on the back of your legs while you sleep, does anyone know anything about them?

Here are 3 natural cellulite remedy fixes you may not have heard about that don't cost much and anyone can try.
#1) Coffee Grounds
Rub approximate 1/2 cup of warm brewed coffee grounds into dimpled areas (the heat helps to release the caffeine) and then use plastic wrap to trap the grounds against your skin. Think of this as your own spa caffeine body wrap.
Leave the plastic wrap on for about 10-15 minutes. Since caffeine is a diuretic, it helps shrink skin cells for a tighter look. Effects can last up to 24 hours.
#2) Cranberry Juice
Cranberries are a great source of bioflavonoids, antioxidants that have been proven to help improve circulation (one of the reasons for cellulite is poor circulation). Try drinking one glass of pure cranberry juice a day and you should see a difference in approximately 3 weeks.
(However pure cranberry juice can also be expensive – and strong tasting – so you might want to try watering it down a bit and sipping throughout the day).
This may not be as fast as the coffee grounds method but it will also give you the advantage of more beautiful skin and lots of antioxidant benefits.
#3) Seaweed Baths
Seaweed is an excellent detoxifier and helps to release trapped toxins that are often stored in the fat cells. A seaweed bath can increase blood and lymph flow to circulation-starved areas, break down cellulite, and move the resultant waste out of your body.
Take a sheet of seaweed (you can find seaweed at your local grocery store usually in the health food section), break it up and add it to your bathwater. Soak at least 10 – 15 minutes.
While it may not be as effective, this is still an excellent substitute for those expensive seaweed baths you get at the spa.
So those are three ways to start losing cellulite in a natural way.
