I suggest you go to the gym at least 3 times a week. At the gym you should be doing 20-30 minutes of cardio, lifting a moderate amount of weights and maybe doing some yoga. I have found that yoga is an excellent way to make your body look extremely toned.
As for the diet, you need to eat less to lose. That’s the general rule. Of course don’t starve yourself, just eat balanced meals. Cut down on sugar and carbs and increase the amount of proteins you eat. Protein will feed your muscles. Add a daily multivitamin to your diet as well and drink a lot of water. Water has been proven to help minimize the effects of cellulite.
To really knock out that cellulite you might want to add a cream to the mix. I use one called Body Shape and its done wonders for me. I found it here http://www.myireviews.com/cellulite-cream/ while researching the best cellulite creams.
I hope I’ve helped you a bit. Good luck!
I wear a size 2, but the upper back of my legs still have cellulite. I swim nearly 12 hours a week, so I know excersize is not a problem. My workouts for swimming start with running, squat jumps, and/or jump-ropping. I eat fairly healthy and drink lots of water. I see a lot of creams and such that im sure would work but once they pass the $30 dollar mark i begin to loose interest.

it should be that expensive
i think it could be at walmart or some stores like walmart.
i never tried it but read the reviews.
good luck!!!

If you really want to try something, look into coca butter lotions.
Apply the lotion every morning and night for weeks, and you will most definently notice a difference. But don't think it's going to work over night hun, nothing ever does!
God Bless!!

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier.

Its the option #1, we split the cost he he. So far really good results. Anyone else have luck with something?

Make sure you are eating healthy and don’t over eat. Drink lots of water! Water is a great way to lose weight and has also been proven to help get rid of cellulite.
Now if you’re like me, this will all help but you’ll still have some residual lumps. The pains of being a woman I know… Anyway I suggest you get a cream. I use one called Body Shape. Its been the only thing that has worked for me. I saw results in a week and since you have like a month you should be looking pretty good by the time you walk down the aisle. I got the cream through a free trial here http://www.myireviews.com/cellulite-cream/
Hope this has helped and congrats on the wedding!

Personally, I like to stick to cardio or aerobic dvd's. I like TaeBo with Billy Blanks. I like the aerobics routines with Gilad Janklowitz. I also like Pilates.
