To get thinner thighs you have to diet and exercise.

I suggest you go to the gym at least 3 times a week. At the gym you should be doing 20-30 minutes of cardio, lifting a moderate amount of weights and maybe doing some yoga. I have found that yoga is an excellent way to make your body look extremely toned.

As for the diet, you need to eat less to lose. That’s the general rule. Of course don’t starve yourself, just eat balanced meals. Cut down on sugar and carbs and increase the amount of proteins you eat. Protein will feed your muscles. Add a daily multivitamin to your diet as well and drink a lot of water. Water has been proven to help minimize the effects of cellulite.

I see a lot of creams and such that im sure would work but once they pass the $30 dollar mark i begin to loose interest.

Nah, that stuff doesn't work.

If you really want to try something, look into coca butter lotions.

Apply the lotion every morning and night for weeks, and you will most definently notice a difference. But don't think it's going to work over night hun, nothing ever does!

My mother gave it to me to help with my cellulite on my thighs before i have to wear those short spandex for volleyball, but i wasn't sure if it works…how long does it take to see a difference?

I was planning on purchasing this product because i heard good reviews for it so im sure it will help you too. i think it will start working within 2 weeks. remember to massage it in for about 30 seconds, this will increase the circulation and help the product to work better. good luck :)

Naw I don’t think so. First off make sure you are exercising. You need to be lifting weights, not a lot just enough to tone you and doing cardio. Yoga and pilates are also good for making the body looked toned.

Make sure you are eating healthy and don’t over eat. Drink lots of water! Water is a great way to lose weight and has also been proven to help get rid of cellulite.

Now if you’re like me, this will all help but you’ll still have some residual lumps. The pains of being a woman I know… Anyway I suggest you get a cream. I use one called Body Shape. Its been the only thing that has worked for me. I saw results in a week and since you have like a month you should be looking pretty good by the time you walk down the aisle. The reviews aren't just good, they are 9 reviews of 5 stars. It was just made in 2006, so it can't be THAT outdated. If you are in the market for a specific leg toning workout, it looks like a good one to try.

Personally, I like to stick to cardio or aerobic dvd's. I like TaeBo with Billy Blanks. I like the aerobics routines with Gilad Janklowitz. I also like Pilates.
