Anti-Cellulite

Hi Redd!,

Sadly all those fancy creams suggesting they can Improve Cellulite containing all those Vitamins and Nutrients no ones heard off, don't work,

Cellulite occurs to 80% of woman, so your not alone, You should try doing some squats and lunges, this will eventually tighten and smoothen the skin, you could also try a fake tan, (bottled etc, not sun bed) a tan would minimize the look of lumps and bumps of the cellulite

I heard that you should crush caffinatted coffee and mix with hand cream and rub on cellulite for 5 mins a day, then shower off. I heard this helps. Have you tried it?

Yeah,i was actually watching the tyra show and heard about the cofffee thing and me and my mom tryed it and it does really help, its like a quick tightner for the skin if it works for me im sure it will work for you too.

another one is before bed if you have any pimples or blemishes all you have to do is put honey on it cover it with a band aid and in the morning your skin will be repaired.i do it everynight ! :)

I realize cellulite is merely fat, but aren't there treatments that can help compress or smooth the appearance of cellulite? I am not overweight, and I exercize regularly. Other than dieting down from a size 6 to a size 1, aren't there any affordable products or home remedies that can help? It's not unbearably hideous, but it does make me reluctant to wear shorts in public.

Incidentally, I've tried cellulite creams, but most are too expensive for me to use on a daily/nightly basis. I've noticed that caffeine and seaweed are frequent ingredients in cellulite creams, however. Are there any home remedies involving caffeine that might help?

I have found the best thing for cellulite is water I drink lots of it and try to keep that area toned. I am no exercise buff BY NO MEANS! But I do what I can I have had two kids and gained 30 lbs with them both and I have seem to avoided the dimples. Now remeber women will always have a lil dimpleage its just by nature but you can reduce its appearence with these two simple things.Hope that helps
On my hips and mainly thighs and butt my skin looks really dry and wrinkly, problem is i'm 17 and it shouldn't look like this.. i'm thinking of saving some money for some endermologie sessions but will they actually work? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
thanks..
p.s i'm not overweight i'm 5'2 and 49kg i exercise daily treadmill and weights also swiss ball.
Anti-Cellulite

I collected this "Home Remedies for Stretch Marks" from several websites & friends' secret recipes, as some over the counter creams may not be effective & also costy..
Good Luck

Dietary Factors

•Vit. C Supplement (1000 mg daily internally) – Increases collagen but not other necessary skin proteins.
•Eat nuts and seeds and take zinc and vitamins A, C, D, E, and B-complex as a preventative measure.
•Drink 2 liters of water daily to keep skin hydrated and moisturized.

Subcision (needling)

Break up the tissue to signal your body to produce more collagen, therefore, filling in the stretch mark. You do this with a skin roller. The needles injure the upper 1-2 mm of the dermis. This injury causes localized damage and bleeding. This will promote the normal post-traumatic infiltration of fibroblasts and the release of growth factors.

Homemade Stretch Mark Exfoliate

•With the help of a wet washcloth, exfoliate your skin first. Take ½ tsp of olive oil, cod liver oil and aloe Vera gel and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Apply this mixture to the affected area or you can even apply it to the whole body as anti-aging skin treatment.
•Take sugar, cod liver oil, olive oil, aloe Vera gel and Vitamin E crème or oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and massage gently on the affected area. This mixture acts as an excellent exfoliating scrub and stimulates the blood flow.
•5 tbsp of scrub, 1 tsp aloe Vera, 1/2 tsp vitamin e, 1 tsp coco butter. Massage it over your stretch marks for a few minutes. Do it after you showered and before you go to sleep. Blot the areas your going to massage to maintain moisture. Do not put allot of pressure but focusing only on the skin, for about 3 minutes on each spot. Then use a bath sponge or loofa or towel for 3 minutes then rinse.
•Body scrub (mix with a little olive oil), cod liver oil, vitamin E oil/cream and aloe Vera gel. Exfoliate first but always make sure that you are scrubbing towards the heart – this stimulates more blood flow and is great for getting rid of cellulite.
•Using MicroDermabrasion System (Neutrogena, bought in stores) on stretch marks, about 3 mins on each mark in small upward circles. Then rinse the area with warm water and pat dry. After that, apply Vitamin E oil all over the area.

Homemade Stretch Mark Cream & Lotion

- 1/4 cup Cocoa Butter, 1 tbsp. wheat germ oil, 1tsp. light sesame seed oil, 1tsp. Apricot kernel oil, 1tsp. Vitamin E oil, 2 tsp. grated beeswax, 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional).
Mix together all ingredients except vanilla extract. Heats gently until the cocoa butter and beeswax have melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool completely. Store in a clean jar with a tight fitting lid. Massage into your skin.
- ½ cup of cocoa butter, 2 tsp of sesame seed oil, 2 tsp of Vitamin E oil,1 tsp of apricot kernel oil, 2 tbsp of wheat germ oil and 4 tsp of grated beeswax.
In a pan mix all the ingredients and heat it gently until beeswax and cocoa butter melts. Cool the mixture after removing it from the heat. Gently massage your affected area with this homemade stretch mark crème.
- 1/2 virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup aloe Vera gel, contents of 6 capsules of vitamin E, Contents of 4 capsules of vitamin A
Mix all ingredients using a blender and store the mixture in the refrigerator. For best results use daily.
- Mix 3 oz of the Vit. E, 3 oz of the MSM lotion, 3 oz of Rose Hip Oil and 3 oz of emu oil (refined) – and then shake it well to mix it up. (note: Keep it cool, do not store in sun or heat) Then pump and massage into skin. Since Emu oil is carrier oil, it gets the Vit. E, Rose Hip Oil and MSM down to the deepest layers of skin.
Effective Oils
•Vitamin E Oil – Apply Vitamin E oil after taking a shower. Do not wipe it off. Apply daily. If you don't shower every day, clean the stretch mark area with a wet cloth and apply. You can cover the area with band-aids or gauze (use medical tape to secure).
•Olive Oil – For prevention, put olive oil on all areas that could be affected by stretch marks twice a day. Cover with a warm-hot washcloth. Leave on until rag is cold. Should notice improvement within the first few times. (Also works for wrinkle prevention.)
•100% pure mink oil, rub in twice daily until stretch marks are totally gone.
•Flaxseed Oil-Rub flaxseed oil on stretch marks after showering and again before bed.
•Applying lavender oil on the marks thrice a day will fade up the marks soon.
•Mix one ounce of carrier oil (avocado, sweet almond, jojoba, they are the best) with seven drops of lavender and five drops of chamomile.
•Rub castor oil on the stretch marks, rap with a plastic rap and place a hot pad on. Leave it on for 20-25 minutes and wash off.
•Use various essential herbal oils like avocado, rosehip, kukui, emu, neroli, chamomile, helychrysum, almond, camellia, etc. These essential oils are known for their healing as well as moisturizing properties.

Other Ingredients

•Grind coffee into a powder and mix it with hand lotion. Rub into stretch marks for about 60 seconds and wipe off with a warm towel. Apply twice daily. Results take about two weeks.
•Use the fresh aloe Vera gel on the affected area. Allow it to dry on the night and rinse off with warm water in the morning. It assists in the flexibility of the skin in order that as one stretches in the pregnancy, one will not find any stretch marks.
•Use plain yogurt, mixed with a little thyme, and rub it on the places with stretch marks. It also makes you feel like a bunch of dirt has come of those places.
•Egg white and egg white powders are greatly effective in treating stretch marks. As they are rich in protein, they provide protein to the skin. This will completely remove stretch marks.
•Cocoa & Shea butter is also effective in fading stretch marks. Shea butter acts as a hypoallergenic natural moisturizer which smooth your skin remarkably.
•Bath using a discoloration bar.

I hope this helps you.

I had it one time and this is what she told me to do.

Get some cold water, flour, salt and a clean pillow case or sheet white.. Mix it as a paste and before you go to bed at night put it on that area and then wrap that area with part of the pillow case or sheet. Make sure you wrap it fairly tight so it does not come loose when you sleep at night.

It took several days for it to work but it did work for me.

I hope that this helps your friend out.

U need to lose weight and u need to stay with that lost weight. each time u will get more weight and then lose it and then get back again your cellulite will grow and become uglier. so lose weight, stay with lost weight and use creams. i don't know whether i ever had cellulite, but i never had any extra weight but im using unticellulite creams from time to time (not all the time) just in case. there re no home remedies, there is surgical procedure, but it costs some money and in 2 weeks if u re not maintaining your body all cellulite is returning back
If you have had massage especially for cellulite or to aid lymph health, I would be particularly interested in more specifics about what that was like, and how many treatments it took. And if anyone used Gotu Kola, I would appreciate hearing about how that worked or not.

Sometimes not even exercise gets rid or all the remedies lipo is the most effective
I've heard a lot about cellulite "remedies" and think it's foolish really. I thought cellulite was fat cells – a part of our bodies. How could a lotion reduce it?

I work for Mary Kay, the #1 skin care company in America, and they recently introduced Cellu-shape, day and night creams to diminish the appearance of cellulite. Seven out of ten ladies lost 1/2" on each thigh. I just don't know though – I've always thought it was not a very reputable product and marketing.
