Excercise is the best way to go. No need to do high intensity workouts. It will take some time, but it will definately reduce the cellulite and your saggy knees. Drink a lot of water as well as that can help reduce the appearance of cellulite. Try playing some sport (with others so you don't get fed up and keep it up) like tennis, swimming or just jogging/biking/going up the stairs.

EXCERCISE IS THE KEY.
As well as having a healthy diet.

Good luck.. =)

Moisturise, massage and swimming is cold water are good natural treatments.

Or you can buy these things that kinda look like a roll on deoderant and you rub it on your skin but I think this may be a gimik and would do the same as massagin in moisturier

I personally notice that exercising daily will help it. Take a moderately paced walk everyday for about twenty to thirty minutes. Try some squats, while holding five lb. weights. It doesn't have to be a lot all at once. Just make sure you get cardiovascular exercise everyday, and some muscle toning exercises in. Try to keep to it about five days a week, do what you can. Try to cut down on any junk food, and just give it time. Patience and persistence will pay off after a few months.

Im using Nivea Goodbye Cellulite cream and patches and im starting to see some results. You should also look up the following terms for more options. The more treatment options you use, the better your results will be.
-Cellulite Diet
-Cellulite Massage
-Body Wraps
-Circuit Training
-Coffee Scrubs
-Dry Brushing
Dr. Murad is a cellulite specialist and he recommends the following 9 steps.
Nine Ways of Treating Cellulite
1. Strengthen blood vessels/increase blood flow
2. Encourage the production of connective tissue
3. Stimulate the production of collagen and elastin
4. Attract water to the cells
5. Repair cell membranes
6. Reduce wasted water
7. Prevent free-radical damage
8. Reduce inflammation
9. Promote exfoliation
Eat healthy, drink LOTS of water, and research some of this stuff. Also, a tan (fake or real) can be a quick fix. You’ll be on the fast-track to smooth skin!

Exercise and diet is still the best method of combating cellulite. People must find time to relax and visit spas for body pampering. Exercise is specifically effective as circulation can actually minimize the appearance of the cellulites.

Eat detoxifying diet. It should consist of lot of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain foods are also highly advised. Limit or eliminate coffee and soft drinks. Some aver that spicy foods are also responsible for many instances of cellulites but this claim is yet to be proved. Avoid cigarette smoking and drinking alcohol, since they cause the production of toxins in the body.

Im not fat, at all. but i have gained a few pounds, and since im a small girl, it looks like more than it really is. so i like my other body parts with the weight, but how can i get rid of the little bit of cellulite i have in my belly area? i have been doing some dancing every morning. what else can i incorporate to my workout routine?
i dont want products to buy. i want to know of exercises to do to help me get rid of it.

Cellulite… every woman's nightmare
Cellulite is the reason many women don't want anyone to see their legs. Even seemingly thin women suffer from this unsightly menace. Unfortunately, cellulite is very stubborn and hard to get rid of (even if you lose weight) and it gets worse with age if left untreated. Cellulite is caused by cells that are engorged with excess fat, toxins or excess fluid. These cells pop out between the skin's connective tissues, causing the skin to dimple. To get rid of cellulite successfully, you need to do three things:
1. Improve microcirculation to drain off excess fluid and toxins
2. Reduce the volume of fat cells via fat burning
3. Strengthen the connective tissues of your skin

There is one kind of vegetable capsules – CelluEase, says you can get rid of that unsightly cellulite from your upper arms, thighs and buttocks and have smoother and firmer skin all over with CelluEase, a breakthrough anti-cellulite formula from France.

Triple action works from deep within to:
• Increase lipolysis (fat burning process) to reduce the size of fat cells
• Accelerate drainage and remove excess fluid, toxins and waste from congested cells
• Improve the elasticity and strength of connective tissues

Seems like 85% women notice significant improvement in just 1 month!

However, if you do not like to take something orally, there is also some lotions to apply, one of it is CelluEze Body Lotion by French anti-cellulite expert, Goemar Laboratory contains a patented blend of Cytofiltrate®* with fresh algae and herbs, Amadorine and Caffeine in a concentrated dose for doubly effective anti-cellulite and skin smoothening action.

- Easy application! Just spray onto thighs, bottom, stomach or hips
- Non greasy fluid texture
- Moisturizes skin to keep it velvety soft

Claims to reduces cellulite in just 14 days!

Find it out here:

Another cream is Bioglo Trim & Firm that allows you to target specific body areas you want to re-sculpt. You can lose excess body fat, reduce that orange-skin texture and firm up your skin easily and safely.

Bioglo Trim & Firm’s transdermal cream penetrates deeply into the skin to split and dislodge deep-stored fat. Just massage the cream onto any area you want to target to help the stubborn fat literally “melt” away.

By the way I feel 100 times happier and more energy. If you are thinking about starting something like this I encourage you to start now.

Cellulite is the lumpy substance resembling cottage cheese that is commonly found on the thighs, stomach, and butt. Cellulite is actually a fancy name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath a person's skin, which causes the surface of the skin to dimple or pucker like the surface of an orange peel.

there aren't any miracle products, treatments, or medicines that can make it go away. For example, some fancy salon treatments that promise to get rid of cellulite simply cause your skin to puff up through deep massaging, temporarily reducing the appearance of cellulite.
If you decide that you want to try to reduce the amount of cellulite you have, the best thing to do is to decrease excess body fat. If you and your doctor think that you are overweight, eat fewer calories and exercise more. Experts agree that an exercise routine that combines aerobic exercise with strength training is the best weapon against cellulite. In the meantime, if you want to conceal your cellulite, try using a self-tanning product. Cellulite tends to be a little bit less noticeable on darker skin.

Exercise and lots of water, low fat foods, this will reduce it but cannot guarantee you will ever get rid of all of it. It is also heredetary so if it is in your make up i am afraid there is little you can do.
