Caffeine is good for cellulite if you drink coffee every morning take the excess coffee ground from your pot and rub them on your problem area in the shower. also nothings going to work better then toning your body try different exercises to keep those areas tight

I have been working out 4 days a week for about 4 weeks now!

I realize cellulite is merely fat, but aren't there treatments that can help compress or smooth the appearance of cellulite? I am not overweight, and I exercize regularly. It's not unbearably hideous, but it does make me reluctant to wear shorts in public.

I have found the best thing for cellulite is water I drink lots of it and try to keep that area toned. I am no exercise buff BY NO MEANS! But I do what I can I have had two kids and gained 30 lbs with them both and I have seem to avoided the dimples. Now remeber women will always have a lil dimpleage its just by nature but you can reduce its appearence with these two simple things.Hope that helps
