Did anyone else see that episode where the girls used that Nivea product for cellulite? What's that product called, and has anyone else used it?
I havent used it yet, but I plan to. I know others already told you but its called Good-bye Cellulite from Nivea. It comes in a 6.7 oz cream or a pack of 6 patches. They are each about $13 so I would recommend getting the cream so you dont go through the patches in one week for $13. Its kind of hard to find, I went everywhere and finally found it at CVS/Savon. Ugh! I have it too! Nivea sells cellulite treatment.. there is a lotion, and they also sell a packaged set of patches/vitamins. it won't completely get rid of it but it should help minimize it. Also try tanning you legs, i just use self tanner, but it makes the cellulite a bit less noticeable!
I have tried the nivea goodbye cellulite gel, made my skin feel really nice but i cant say i saw a diffrence!
Im healthy and eat healthy, do regular exercise at home, such as ;pilates, walking, rowing machine, arobic exercise, etc. I walk everywhere. Im eating healthy and using portion control to try and loose weight from when i had a my 2nd baby. Im loosing weight but still have cellulite can anyone suggest anything to hrlp please?
Cellulite is not always found in "fat" people, but also "skinny" ones–that is because it is actually your skin that is dimpling. there really is no cure for it, but you can help minimize the appearance of it by drinking plenty of water, doing thigh/butt specific exercises(check out "buns of steel"), moisturizing twice daily, and massaging the problem area(s) thouroughly daily.
it is also said that caffeine will help eliminate cellulite. there are lotions and patches that contain caffeine that you might want to try. i tried the cellulite patches by loreal, and they seemed to work fairly well. the only problem is, that if you have sensitive skin, it will cause irratation. it says on the box to wear the patch for several hours a day, but i would only reccomend an hour at first.

I saw it featured on the Tyra show, and it looked like it worked, but i just want to make sure before I spend all that money.

It works but u have to massage it in. the more u massage the more effective it will b

I'm embarrassed of wearing short shorts because of the cellulite on the back of my legs, yet a lot of thicker and even rather chubby girls wear them and I see no cellulite on them…
I walk a lot, but what else can I do to reduce this? I feel awkward. Skinny but with cellulite…

Okay first let me say.. cellulite is air pockets in fat..
so you can try using creams and lotions made for getting rid of cellulite and massage it out… but with lotions, creams, and patches the cellulite will come back.
The only way to truely get rid of it is to work out & diet… not cut back on what your eating, but no junk food.

i had cellulite, but i started running and doing leg exercises and eating right… it all went away..

I don't want to waste my money–how effective is it?
Well it takes about a month and i think that you have to use every thing like the patches and the cream
i but just the cream/lotion stuff and it seemed to work but the i stop not for any reason i just never really keep up with stuff
i also once watch tyra(her show)and they did an experiment and 4 women tried it with camera and data or whatever and it seemed to work,i think its a bit expensive but its a respected brand so it cant hurt to try

I live in Kansai area, Kobe to be exact and I’ve looked at drugstores and major department stores

Nivea Goodbye Cellulite is not available any street stores in Japan because some of the ingredients are not allowed by Japanese Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.
