Here's an example of one (see link below). It looks like a bath sponge sort of, but has these little nubs on it instead.

I have customers and other representatives that are using it and they do see a difference. I have one rep that only used it on one leg as an experiment and she noticed a difference. Any product specifically made for reducing the appearance of cellulite recommends at least a twice daily application…cellulite is actually fat that is being pushed through the elastin fibers under the skin…if you massage it – it will reduce the appearance of the cellulite (essentially melt the fat). The anti cellulite creams and lotions that are out there do have active ingredients that help "melt" the fat if you use as directed. As for break outs – there's no way to know if you will or not unless you use it – if you have very sensitive skin all over – I wouldn't use anything with a fragrance or that is not hypoallergenic.
I'm using a renewal lotion by Vaseline now just to keep that area of my legs smooth looking. Has anyone used any lotions (continuously – in order to see the effects) that have worked great to banish the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite in that area?

No idea! but buy a body brush and brush the areas with cellulite oh and use some sort of massager too, i cant remember why but it is suppossed to improve cellulite plus any creams you buy will tell you to massge it into the area

Girl I know how you feel, I'm 22 and am going through the same thing. The only thing that I can can tell you is that there are a lot of lotions out there that claim to help with cellulite, I would start with that. I've tried a couple and they have helped a little bit. Also massaging the area with a back massager helps the blood flow and gets the fat to break up better. Women are cursed with it more than men because we have sort of have a honeycomb effect, fat gets trapped in little pockets on our body. Keep lots of water in you, the lotion and massage should give you a satisfactory improvement.
The body shop has one that i have been using for a few weeks, since it helps to the skins blood circulate better i wonder if this really will work?

Want to get rid of cellulite, and varicose veins (or prevent them)? Wear pantyhose, all day, every day (thigh highs if you like). It's a medical fact, and it will work.
I have little cellulite, and bought nivea's reshaping cream for orangpeel skin, and goodbye cellulite. i wrote to the company, and all they said was simply one is for cellulite, and one if for orange peel skin, and do not use both at once, but to use each on target area. i dont know what the difference is

They're both the same thing, OP is a mild form.

Cellulite has been found to be indistinguishable from ordinary fat in every medical and scientific test. It is not proven whether any cosmetic lotion, massager or pills can reduce/increase cellulite versus ordinary fat. The only known way to reduce the appearance of cellulite is to reduce overall body fat by altering diet or exercise, although it may remain visible even on very slim women.

The cause of cellulite is unknown. But, some theories point to stress, and diet as potential causes, or at least aggravators.

Orange-peel skin (cellulite)
Orange-peelskin (cellulite) is the name given to finely nodular, irregular dimpling of the surface of the skin, which is seen mainly in women and particularly on the thighs and buttocks. This is caused by fatty deposition in the subcutaneous fatty tissues. The more fat or fluid is deposited, the more pronounced are the typical changes which are reminiscent of orange peel or – in the advanced stage– a mattress.

Orange-peelskin is not a disease but can be a first sign of lipoedema. Controlled weight, exercise and under some circumstances the wearing of compression stockings can reduce the cellulite.
