Dr. Murad is a cellulite specialist and he recommends the following 9 steps:
1. Strengthen blood vessels/increase blood flow
2. Encourage the production of connective tissue
3. Stimulate the production of collagen and elastin
4. Attract water to the cells
5. Repair cell membranes
6. Reduce wasted water
7. Prevent free-radical damage
8. Reduce inflammation
9. Promote exfoliation
Eat healthy, drink LOTS of water, and research some of this stuff. Also, a tan (fake or real) can be a quick fix. You’ll be on the fast-track to smooth skin!

most people get massages but if your on a buget…. just do it yourself.
it works immidiatly…. you just put both hands on the spot you have cellulite and just act like its a shirt.. and your trying to get the wrinkles out by smoothing it with your hands.
only press hard.
then it will be gone either immidiatly or in 24 hours.
but you must do it for a good amount of time.. not just 2 minutes.
try doing it for a good 10 minutes. tht should do the trick
i hope i helped you
Thanks!

– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
– use a contrast shower
– go for some body wrapping procedures.
Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed!
. I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

You can break up cellulite and fat cells by massaging with almost any type of cream. What you're doing is stimulating the cells and allowing the callogen to form firming up the skin. Baby oil will work perfectly. Maybe you would like to use a natural sponge or share a cellulite massage with a friend. At any rate, it's not the cream, it's the massaging that helps. I will add that caffiene will tighten up your skin; but I'm not sure it's a permanent solution or that it will break up cellulite. I've learned to live with it. Godloveya.

Apply Aloe Vera gel in the problem areas and massage it gently for 10 minutes.
Apply coconut oil or Centella asiatica oil in the cellulite areas and massage it gently for about 15 minutes.
Use 1 teaspoon of ginkgo biloba dried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea twice a day.
Drink a green tea twice a day.
Do exercise for at least 30 minutes five times a week. Exercise will firm up the skin by increasing muscle tone and increase blood circulation to these problem areas.
Drink al least eight to ten glasses of water.
Eat a low-fat, low-sugar, high-fiber diet with emphasis on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

1. Drink well
Drink three liters of water per day to flush out any excess sodium that causes fluid retention. If you get bored of water, try herbal teas or a fruit juice. Sticking to this regime can make your skin look better in few days…
2. Exercise
Weight gain can worsen the appearance of cellulite. If you combine a cardiovascular exercise programme with resistance training, you could dramatically reduce the appearance of cellulite. This will take longer than seven days… but the reduction in will be amazing…
3. Deal with stress
Stress causes hormonal changes that can affect the skin. It is so important to get relaxation into your day; try yoga, cycling or walking, and get 8 hours sleep per night.
4. Smoking
Smoking can worsen cellulite. This can have a detrimental effect on the elasticity of your skin, thereby worsening cellulite… and bringing on premature wrinkles!
5. Massage
Massage has a host of benefits. It can help reduce stress, increase circulation and lymphatic drainage.
