I have a little cellulite on my upper back right thigh. On the left side I can't see any though. I am not over-wieght I am 5'4 and 122lbs.
But my thighs are wide, so if I do like 30 squats everyday with a good diet, will that get my legs nice and toned and get ride of the cellulite?
Im young too Im 15 and since its only a little bit of it I think it will come off, right?

Squats are good, just don't use a lot of weight, do light toning exercises rather then muscle building ones. that means light weights, and a lot of reps. and it will help tighten things up down there. another thing that works is the machine in the gym where you squeeze your legs together, I used to know this girl that did that machine, squats and leg lifts, and she had the most gorgeous legs and butt ever.
Would regular cardio workouts do this, like the elliptical, or do I need to do something else? I go to a fitness center, so lots of machines are available.

I think it is not realistic to say that anything will remove it completely, but swimming is definitely one of the best things you can do. As often as possible, but at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes.
The reason for this is the water pressure and the cool temperature of the water. It sort of massages your thighs and also you need to use these muscles while you're swimming. Good luck and have fun!
Its says you can lose inches and stretch marks… Check it out and tell me what you think or have heard.

Yes, usually plastic surgeons offices do that. You get in an all white skin tight jumpsuit and the lady takes this machine which tries to suck off inches from your body. It takes a bunch of sessions before you see results.

Cellulite is fatty tissue so you want to do plenty of cardio to burn fat.

To tone the muscles, you want to do weight machines for the lower body such as the leg press, leg extension, leg curls, hip adductor and hip abductor.

You also want to do floor exercise and calisthentics such as leg lifts, squats, lunges, step squats, and standing leg lifts.

Finally, you may want to stop eating fried and processed foods and more raw fruits and fresh veggies to help your body cleanse itself and get rid of fats and the toxins it contains.

How about the stationary bike and how long will it take me to see improvements? It just appeared over night.
And should I become a vegetarian so that I eat better foods? You can still get protein, etc. from other foods.

This is a very tricky question. Cellulite can appear on obese/overweight and skinny women. I'm a small, muscular woman (5 feet, 1 inch tall, probably about 105 lbs. plus muscle, size 0). Anyway, cellulite is very heriditary. Even if you're skinny, you're likely to get cellulite. About 80% of all women have it, including celebrities that are airbrushed. There really is no cure.

Exercise, exspecially with strength training, to keep the muscles fluid. Do cardio and just exercise/eat a healthy balanced diet to keep it within check. there really is nothing you can do. Spot toning only works if you work out and tone every other part of your body regualry. Muscle is a big preventer.

Tanning, or making the skin darker (I recommend sunless tanning to prevent cancer and aging) helps minimize lines. Otherwise, beyond plastic surgery (which is expensive and not exactly 100% accurate), just wear figure-flattering outfits. Believe me, this problem is far to common.

I would mostly run because this seems the most intense way to beat the hell out of that area, make it cramp up hurt and turn into muscle

from my experience

bicycling and the butt machine work too but its target spotting and it doesn't cover the whole area like running will

Years ago I was a member of Elaine Powers ( a womans fitness place). They had these machines that worked off your fat. Can standing in front of a swimming pool return jet work off fat and cellulite? Would it hurt anything like making excess skin? The pressure is so strong it really moves the fat in my thighs and butt.

Sorry, no. Years ago they also had these machines with a band that made your fat jiggle, and they thought that would reduce the size of the area it was applied to. It didn't.

Exercise and losing weight are the only things that will get rid of cellulite. Some of the spas offer body wraps, but without underlying muscle tone and reducing fat, it is a waste of money.

Wish I had a magic bullet, alas, it is not so.

Good luck!

Okay so I have a little bit of cellulite. I hate it!
Im at a normal weight 5'4 124lbs. My butt is kinda big though so I think thats why I have cellulite; I also have wide thighs. I binge on junk food sometimes so thats a problem. If I get on a strict diet and exercise vigoursly (cardio & weight machines) will I see a difference?

Or will it just stay the same forever?

Anti-Cellulite

Cellulite can't be erased forever but some suggestions would be to start drinking LOTS of water, exfoliate the areas with cellulite, massage the areas with cellulite, use a cellulite-minimizing moisturizer, and to tone up those areas.
I'm 18 years old & I'm just an average size. I recently joined a gym and I go Mon. Wed. Frid. I don't really know how to reduce this cellulite problem, so I kinda of just to the general stuff, because I don't know what I should be focusing on. I have cellulite on the back of my thighs and buttocks. When I go to the gym, I run about 3-4 miles, then I hit the machines for about 30 min or however long it takes me to do the whole set of machines, and then I finish my workout by running 1 mile. I'm not really sure if this is helping my case, or what I should actually be doing.

I'm very good on exercising, and I think I have to focus on what I eat also. But to tell the truth, I really don't eat a lot of fast food and I am very conscience of what I do eat. When I do eat, instead of eating 3 big meals, I usually eat 4 smaller meals. I don't know, that's just how my body works. But then again, that's why I am asking this question, since I don't like how I look. Does anyone have any advice?

Things that create cellulite (avoid doing them) – yo-yo dieting, starving/depriving your body, not drinking enough water, lack of exercise (at least 4 times a week cardio and weights), consumption of non-organic food, junk food, sodas, alcohol, not eating enough fruit and veggies (5-8 a day), not getting 25-35g of dietary fiber (to be regular)
Do you actually lose weight with this cream. what i want to know is how can i get it out of my body and drop weight associated with it.

No one product, machine or treatment is going to get rid of cellulite for good. Although the medical treatments work people often get the cellulite back because they continue with the same lifestyle habits. The best bet to beat cellulite is a 3 pronged attack using exercise, alterations to your diet and a cellulite cream. This method works because removes the cellulite and teaches you good habits not to get cellulite again.

what does exercise do? It burns of excess fat and tones the cellulite damaged area. things to remember when exercising:
-pick exercises that are specific to your cellulite problem area. otherwise you could be wasting your time
-focus primarily on cardiovascular exercises while executing anaerobic exercises to tone the area
-three 30min sessions per week is enough to see results but more is quicker.

Your diet is one of the biggest contributer to people cellulite. Cellulite is caused by the fat cells in the cellulite area expanding because your diet contains too much saturated fat and toxins. These make the cells expand and clump together causing the dimpled effect on the skin. couple of diet tips:
-drink more water to flush out toxins
-try not to drink alcohol
-remove as saturated fat from your diet as possible and foods that are high in toxins
-try not to eat foods that are highly processed and high in sugar
-eat more fresh fruit and vegeatbles

What does the cellulite cream do? The cellulite has damaged your skins connective tissue and cell structure. So the body tries to repair itself but can’t anywhere enough of the specific nutrients needed to repair the problem. A good cellulite supplies the nutrients desperately needed. There are a lot of creams on the market and it’s hard to find the best one. Probably the best cream is from revitol their cream has great reputation of working successfully. That have a good customer service team. Good prices. But the best part is that it works. It’s highly recommended you can find it here http://naturalskincaretreatments.com/
