I have a really bad problem. Well, my upper body is thin but when it comes to my thighs and buttocks, I have a lot of cellulite. Plus, it doesn't look so nice because I am 5"5 1/2 and I'm flat chested. HELP, please.

This is why "cures" focus on MASSAGE so often. It stretches the fascia and makes the fat less visible. Also, losing FAT helps, too, but I've seen fairly thin women (it's usually women, I don't know why) with cellulite! So…massage away, I guess!

Eat detoxifying diet. It should consist of lot of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain foods are also highly advised. Limit or eliminate coffee and soft drinks. Losing weight does reduce the appearance of cellulite, because the less fat you have, the less chance of fat cells bulging to the surface. Working out builds muscle which also reduces the appearance of cellulite.

Exercise and diet is still the best method of combating cellulite. People must find time to relax and visit spas for body pampering. Exercise is specifically effective as circulation can actually minimize the appearance of the cellulites.

That’s why you see large women without it, and tiny women with it. Cellulite is caused by the the uneven distribution of fat under the skin. The only way to make it go away, or diminish it, is to tone the muscle where you have cellulite, which will flatten the fat, making the dimple appearance disapear.
try swimming, leg lifts, squats, anything that will tone the muscles in your upper/outer thigh.
