I am considering the vibro-liposuction but still worried about a surgical procedure. Has anyone experienced such a surgery? Is it save? Does it really work?

Woah! I was just discussing this w/my mom today, since my sister is getting a promotion to "Supervisor of Homeopathic Medicine" in her company. She told me…long ago and for SEVERAL BORING HOURS…about how the fascia causes cellulite (when combined with fat). The fascia is like a "web" of connective tissue under the skin and even a little fat can "ooze" up through, causing a dimpled look (says Sis).

This is why "cures" focus on MASSAGE so often. It stretches the fascia and makes the fat less visible. Also, losing FAT helps, too, but I've seen fairly thin women (it's usually women, I don't know why) with cellulite! So…massage away, I guess!

I want just a rub on cream that's not too expensive ( like no more than 30 $) and only takes a couple weeks to see GOOD results and actually WORKS. thanks
ok um I dont need to LOSE alot of weight….. I am 5'3" and weigh anywhere from 109-113 lbs

Don't be fooled, you are better off making an appointment with Dr.90210 – there is no such thing as a thinning cream or cellulite reducing cream….exercise and diet reduce the appearance of cellulite, and they (doctors) can suction out fat from target areas (Liposuction) but there's nothing u can buy that's cheap and works in two weeks! Spend your $30 on a one-month gym membership and GO everyday!!
I HAVE TRIED WRAPS FROM HIGH DOLLAR SALON . WHAT AM I DOING WRONG ? IS IT MY DIET? HELP!
Anti-Cellulite

Absolutely. Scientists have found that the actual cellulite molecules contain high quanitites of artificial sweeteners, so you'll need to eliminate things like aspartame and go back to eating real sugar. Wheat is known to lead to cellulite, which is why supermodels like Naomi Campbell eliminate it from their diets completely. There are new technologies that work to eliminate cellulite (namely specialized laser treatments), so consult a clinic in your area for more info. Liposuction rarely helps with cellulite, as the liposuction removes fat from a different layer.
Im thinking of buying them but im not sure if they work, anyone has an experience???
oh yeah i dont expect them to work with me just sitting around i think im gonna try them

There is no miracle treatment for cellulite except for liposuction or exercise.
If you use these products in addition to a cardio program, you'll see results. But if you just use them and sit around on your bum all day, don't expect miracles. :)
Running helps.

EDIT: LOL! Glad to see you have some sense. You can also try True Blue Spa's Bring Up The Rear lotion. They sell it at Bath and Body Works. It's helped me, along with exercise. I don't know about the others.

I don't really have it, but I'm just wondering if you can "treat" cellulite by exercising and losing weight. I know part of the reason people get cellulite is due to genetics (which is why some skinny people have it). So there must be some other way. Are there inexpensive ways?

Losing weight is the only way to decrease the appearance of cellulite. There is no treatment except for liposuction.

Drink plenty of water and bodybrushing
remember, if you have liposuction and then gain weight, you will get lumps in different places

The new cellulite treatments were first developed in France and are often referred to as liponic sculpting. These non-invasive and non-surgical techniques involve the use of a high-tech machine that moves over the skin producing a rolling and sucking motion that gradually results in a change in skin texture and appearance where the treatment is applied. The results can be a much smoother and slimmer appearance especially when the treatments are combined with a healthy diet and exercise.

The newest forms of liponic sculpting are called Endermologie and Silhouette. These treatments utilize a high-tech device, a computer program and an experienced technician to perform the therapy. Researchers have found that one to two sessions per week offers the best results. Patients undergoing these refreshing treatments often describe the feeling as being like a deep and relaxing massage. Most people see results after 5 or 6 sessions, but the full course of treatments (13-15 treatments) is required to achieve the best results. The results will vary depending on the age, lifestyle and hormonal status of the individual. Many of our clients are reporting losses of inches from their figures after only 3-4 treatments. For most clients, the results will last for 6 to 18 months. Once a month maintenance treatments are recommended after completion of the sessions. Endermologie or Silhouette treatments can also speed up and improve healing after liposuction. We offer several sessions of liponic sculpting to our liposuction patients as a benefit with their surgery. It is highly recommended that diet and exercise be modified in a way to promote a healthier lifestyle as well. Men have also benefited in such problem areas as love handles and loose chest (pectoral) areas. The sessions are performed while the clients wear special pantyhose in most cases. This allows the apparatus to smoothly glide over the body and ensures optimal hygiene. Unlike liposuction, liponic sculpting does not involve breaking through the skin in any way.

Rub coffee grains in to it and then leave for 15 mins, its a quick fix but it works

Nothing short of liposuction and cosmetic surgery. Anything else (cocoa butter, vitamin E, scar creams) will only reduce their appearance.

1. Exercise-Cardio and Weight training

along with

2. Clean eating-chicken breasts, whole grains (whole wheat bread, brown rice, whole wheat pasta, oatmeal), low fat/fat free dairy, keep sugars low, etc. Check out http://www.bodyforlife.com/nutrition/foodlist.asp for a good list of foods.

3. Surgery-liposuction, but a big misconception is that you can get lipo and still not take care of yourself with exercise and nutrition. I did have lipo on the top of my inner thighs. People thought I was crazy since I weight between 105-110 lbs., work out a lot, and have low body fat. What they don't realize is that I was the perfect candidate for surgery. I do everything I can with exericise and nutrition, but still had that small pocket of fat at the upper inner thigh (you know what I'm talking about-all women do-the spot that rubs together when you walk, no matter how fit you are!) so I had it removed.

4. Mesotherapy-Injections that work somewhat like soap (don't know how else to describe it) that flushes fat out of your body. Do a search online for it.
