I am considering the vibro-liposuction but still worried about a surgical procedure. Has anyone experienced such a surgery? Is it save? Does it really work?
Anti-Cellulite

Woah! I was just discussing this w/my mom today, since my sister is getting a promotion to "Supervisor of Homeopathic Medicine" in her company. She told me…long ago and for SEVERAL BORING HOURS…about how the fascia causes cellulite (when combined with fat). The fascia is like a "web" of connective tissue under the skin and even a little fat can "ooze" up through, causing a dimpled look (says Sis).

This is why "cures" focus on MASSAGE so often. It stretches the fascia and makes the fat less visible. Also, losing FAT helps, too, but I've seen fairly thin women (it's usually women, I don't know why) with cellulite! So…massage away, I guess!

Well i have a mix of pinkish/red and white cellulite and have been using coca butter for over a month, which hasn't done anything. iv'e also tryed different things with vitamin e in it.
is there any actual way to get rid of cellulite or is it just something i'm going to have to ignore?
thanks =]

The way to get rid of cellulite is:

Dry body brushing
Drink water and herbal teas
Cellulite massage
Basic Leg exercises

See http://www.ridofcellulite.org for more detailed explanation on these.

Ive started noticing that im getting some cellulite around my thighs and buttocks, im not fat and i like the shape of my body, so are there anyways that i can reduce the cellulite without becoming a stick? Im really willing to do anything as long as its healthy! Diet, exercise, creams or basically any other techniques that i can do at home other than diet pills are fine with me. Please im desperate to get rid of this nasty cottage cheese before it gets out of hand!!

Moisturise, massage and swimming is cold water are good natural treatments.

Or you can buy these things that kinda look like a roll on deoderant and you rub it on your skin but I think this may be a gimik and would do the same as massagin in moisturier

And is it possible that a 14yr. old can even get one, who is 5'1-5'2 and is 112lbs.

When I was 14 I was 5'2 and 117lbs.. very athletic and thought I wasn't skinny enough… now I wish I were 117lbs.. believe me you are perfect! 14 year olds have a much quicker metabolism… I'd say if you want to get more of a defined leg… just walk a little more… clean a little more… or even do a few more…. jogging after school… but you are probably the only person in the whole world that sees the cellulite.

Keep eating healthy foods and doing just a bit more than what you are doing physically…

wow you just motivated me to get back to 117lbs after having 4kids… I can't wait till I reach my goal! THanks

I have cellulite i nmy inner thighs
but my legs are skinny
i jsut want to know how do u ge trid of it.

Wow, i'm not so sure that what he said is right. I never in my life heard that cellulite is 'generic' and that you'll be stuck forever!

Hell no. I say, walk everyday and get those thigh muscles pumped up. Cellulite is fat deposits and you've got to get some muscle built up to take the place of the fat deposits. Also – rub your thighs very firmly with soap in the shower for about 5 or 10 minutes. OR – getting a massage helps break up fat deposits and fatty tissue, but you must replace fat with muscle.

by the way, are there other family members with this problem? I just never heard that before. Don't mean I'm 100%. I just don't believe it's generic.

I don't want to hear about any creams they don't work
such as nivea & such

I personally notice that exercising daily will help it. Take a moderately paced walk everyday for about twenty to thirty minutes. Try some squats, while holding five lb. weights. It doesn't have to be a lot all at once. Just make sure you get cardiovascular exercise everyday, and some muscle toning exercises in. Try to keep to it about five days a week, do what you can. Try to cut down on any junk food, and just give it time. Patience and persistence will pay off after a few months.
I have developed a slight case of cellulite on my calves and thighs since I have been pregnant. Has anyone else? If so, what are some good ways to help prevent it or get rid of it lol…

Cellulite is simply the "cottage cheese" appearance that occurs primarily on the thighs and buttocks but occasionally elsewhere. Women generally have a worse problem with cellulite than men. Cellulite is essentially just fat, and the dimpled appearance is due to the way the fat collects beneath the skin. It is very hard to get rid of.

However, I did notice that after I lost weight by watching what I ate and exercizing daily, and I slimmed down to a tiny size 3, most of my cellulite disappeared. I have gained ten pounds since then and some of it is back. I would like to think that the various anti-cellulite "skin firming" creams the sell in drugstores would work, but I don't think they really do. As for the high-priced cellulite treatments they perform in spas, the improvement is termporary, minimal, and very expensive.

The best thing to do if you have cellulite is to exercize regularly, eat healthy foods, and wear clothes that cover it up!

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

To get thinner thighs you have to diet and exercise.

I suggest you go to the gym at least 3 times a week. At the gym you should be doing 20-30 minutes of cardio, lifting a moderate amount of weights and maybe doing some yoga. I have found that yoga is an excellent way to make your body look extremely toned.

As for the diet, you need to eat less to lose. That’s the general rule. Of course don’t starve yourself, just eat balanced meals. Cut down on sugar and carbs and increase the amount of proteins you eat. Protein will feed your muscles. Add a daily multivitamin to your diet as well and drink a lot of water. Water has been proven to help minimize the effects of cellulite.

To really knock out that cellulite you might want to add a cream to the mix. I use one called Body Shape and its done wonders for me. I found it here http://www.myireviews.com/cellulite-cream/ while researching the best cellulite creams.

I hope I’ve helped you a bit. Good luck!
