~method to treat cellulite is mud wraps. Mud wraps are a great way to reduce the cellulite in your body and they actually work quite well. Cellulite body wraps also take a fair amount of time and effort to complete. With the expense, mess and time factored in this cannot be considered the best cellulite treatment. Although if you need quick results for a special occasion or night out then a body wrap may be a good option.

~next method of fighting cellulite is switching to a healthy diet and reducing your caloric intake

~Exercising 3-4 times a week, exercising is possibly the best cellulite treatment you can do

I want to loose 50 lbs… will some of the cellulite and stretch marks go away.. or is there something I can do to get rid of the stretchmarks and cellulite? Thanks!!!
Anti-Cellulite

Sorry, but no; cellulite and stretch marks won't go away without surgery. Cellulite is located under the skin it's fat pockets and with exercise you can tone these areas to largely minimize the appearance, but you can't completely get rid of it. However, don't be discouraged over 90% of women have cellulite the key is to tone up and you will hardly notice. Stretch marks are breaks in the skins elasticity and does not go away. There are creams that can help minimize the appearance and fade them to a certain degree, but not completely remove them. Again exercise is key. It will help tighten the skin.

Cellulite is fat, nothing more, nothing less. Don't you think if there was a cream or gel that dissolved fat, we'd all use it and nobody would be fat?

The only real way to lose fat (or cellulite if that's what you prefer to call it) is to eat right and exercise. There are no magic pills, creams, or gadgets that will do that for you.

Do you guys dislike it as much as us women do? i am meaning when you see a girl with cellulite…or do you even notice it. skinny girls can have cellulite too.
all women can get cellulite…sorry to bust your bubble.
wow dunvop…way to exagerrate my question.
yes janeway, you're right, it does. you become very self-conscious if you are wearing shorts.

No I don't mind it. Every woman has it – it is important women store fat so that they have energy to feed their baby. So if it is natural then surely through evolution men are programmed to find it attractive. If you ask most guys they would say that they prefer a curvy girl to a stick insect. The only reason being thin is seen as attractive is because clothes hang off a skinny woman better. Also the fact that the fashion industry is largely composed of gay guys doesn't help.

Best product to get rid of cellulite do not exist. You have to combine exercise, healthy food and home remedies. I recommend you the follow:

Apply Aloe Vera gel in the problem areas and massage it gently for 10 minutes.

Apply coconut oil or Centella asiatica oil in the cellulite areas and massage it gently for about 15 minutes.

Use 1 teaspoon of ginkgo biloba dried leaves per cup of boiling water and drink this tea twice a day.

Drink a green tea twice a day.

Do exercise for at least 30 minutes five times a week. Exercise will firm up the skin by increasing muscle tone and increase blood circulation to these problem areas.

Drink al least eight to ten glasses of water.

Eat a low-fat, low-sugar, high-fiber diet with emphasis on fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

I have never been over weight. I'm 5'2'' & 105lbs. and have never weighed more than 127 and that was pregnant. I run 5 miles a day, but for some reason can't get rid of the dimples on the back of my legs.

It is not a forever fix. Some may make cellulite appear less, but once you stop using the item, it'll come back. Only way to get rid of it is through proper excerise and diet. Diet being the main key.
Sucks i know.
I have some dimples on my butt and i only bought the gel cream nivea goodbye cellulite would the cream reduce them or get rid off them?. thank you.
Anti-Cellulite

No, and do not count too much on it being effetcive on the cellulite. A recent independent test of all cellulite creams on the market listed Nivea Goodbye Cellulite as almost the worst performing one. Confirm with a Google search. Dimples on certain parts of the body do respond to some treatments. Mainly facial dimples. This was a result of vigorous massage with oils. However I do not think this could be readily applied to the B. But try researching with Google

I have heard that taking a teaspoon of flaxseed oil or olive oil everyday can help combat cellulite so i am taking extra virgin olive oil. Heres the thing i had someone tell me that i should rub it on my skin as well as taking it internally. will my skin absorb the essential fatty acids or should i just stick with gagging back spoonfuls of strait olive oil every day.
Also i would rather not take a supplement.

Actually, its not really the oil but the rubbing that helps fight cellulite. Rubbing or massaging cellulite hellps to break up the fat, improve skin's elasticity, and improve circulation to reduce water retention. To get the most affect, rub with a little oil or lotion, and use as much pressure as you can stand. 15 minutes a day, for 3 weeks and you may see quite a change.

And with taking the oil internally, you can get flax seed or other oils in gelcaps, which are much easier to swallow. Or, try drizzling the oil on a piece of toast with a little salt or italian seaoning. It doesn't have to be taken straight!

I just want my skin to look more toned
