I’m going to the beach this weekend and I’ve got major cellulite on my thighs – is there any way to make it look better with some kind of cream on the market? Also my skin is very pale – will getting some tan make my thighs look better? Thanks!

I was wondering if there were any 'home remedies' for cellulite? Because l'm not interested in going out and buying creams. Yeah, I know, exercise and eat well, anything else?

Anyone can get cellulite unfortunately. but to remove cellulite you have to do three things. firstly change you diet your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. the alterations of your diet don't need to be great it's easy to some up you just need to eat healthier more fruit and foods that are associated with detoxing

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anareaobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and sit ups

to get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream because the cellulite has damaged the your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. the best cream that i have seen is from http://www.revitol.site88.net it's good stuff, 100% natural ingredients, no prescription needed, 100% safe and they have a reputable name and brand

good luck

I am curious on what natural ways will work?

Need to lose fat? There is no point in building awesome muscles if they're covered by layers of fat. The key to success is hard work but you can boost fat loss by using products from supplement categories that include fat burners, stimulant-free products, appetite suppressants and carb blockers.

Honestly…dont buy into it….if twice a day, night and morning, you cream your skin all over, the vigorious rubbing action is all that is needed, forget fat breaking creams, the harder you work massaging your skin with any cream, I use a rich creamy nivea cream, and am not a skinny woman at all, but i have good circulation in my legs, toned legs, and probably about 90% cellulite free….Drink that water, flush out the system, eat sensibly, exercise, and moisturise you skin, thats all you need.
Is there a website that posts free trainers in your area? Only serious, mature answers please.
I just had a son and before I was preggo, I had a eight-pack abs, rock hard buns, etc. I worked out everyday while i was preggo. The last month was the hardest cause i was so tired. I climed at least three flights of stairs everyday until i delivered. I still need to get rid of all that "stuff" i had b 4 i was preggo.

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic. Also, most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

I already bought a bottle of cream and some patches, but i have not fully used them yet, will they work? I do not have alot of cellulite just a little..

Nutrition plays a big part in most diets, but more so in dieting to reduce cellulite. All processed foods must be banned from your intake.

You need to try and eat foods in there natural state, i.e: fruit and veg, a baked potato is a great example of this.

If you eat meat (life myself) then it advises that you buy the leanest cuts you can. Go for quality not quantity.

Eggs are good too, but with other dairy products (milk, yogurt) buy either low fat or fat free products.

100% Whole wheat should be used when having breads and pasta’s, anything else is just a waste of calories.

i took the above from a good article about getting rid of cellulite naturally, the blog is http://easydietoptions.wordpress.com/2008/03/04/reducecellulite/

Cardio/aerobic classes. You want your heart rate to be in the 55-75% of your max HR (220-your age) for 20+ minutes. Keep your pace steady for fat burning. You cant spot reduce fat. Mix it up, some days, ride a bike, go for a jog, swimming, just dont always do the same things, ALL the time. maybe play soccer or basketball with some friends.

I am size 8 and have a 25 inch waist. Not too bad for 42!
I didn't ask how to lose weight!!

I know, some people have no clue. Cellulite is actually mainly an issue with loss of elasticity in the connective tissues. It can affect women of any age and any size, in fact most women suffer with cellulite. Obviously the less fat you have, the better it will look, but when you are as slim as you are, there is no point trying to become thinner!

If you are interested, there are some cosmetic treatments that may help. One is known as endermologist, which is lymphatic drainage and the other is mesotherapy, where small amount of a solution are injected into the problem areas and this can improve the look of the cellulite.

The only other suggestions I have are keeping your diet healthy, ie free from foods that cause toxins to build up such as processed foods high in salt and coffee especially. Drink at least 4-8 glass of water per day. Try having cold showers in the morning and dry body brushing to improve circulation. Get plenty of exercise to tone the problem areas and maybe get your hormones checked, as high oestrogen levels can cause cellulite to worsen, which can also happen whilst on the birth control pill if it has a high oestrogen content. HTH : )
