~method to treat cellulite is mud wraps. Mud wraps are a great way to reduce the cellulite in your body and they actually work quite well. Cellulite body wraps also take a fair amount of time and effort to complete. With the expense, mess and time factored in this cannot be considered the best cellulite treatment. Although if you need quick results for a special occasion or night out then a body wrap may be a good option.

~next method of fighting cellulite is switching to a healthy diet and reducing your caloric intake

~Exercising 3-4 times a week, exercising is possibly the best cellulite treatment you can do

Hello,
I have not participated in the challenge, but I have tried Nivea Good Bye Cellulite cream. As I understand, the challenge is about the whole program: cellulite treatment cream, nutrition / healthy diet and exercise combined. I have a lot of experience in beating my cellulite and can say that everything together really works, and there is no need to have Nivea production for this :)
I am sure that the program works, if done honestly. (Everything works, you just have to really dedicate your time to your goal).

I am working on a book right now which I am planning to release in June – I will cover all the necessary topics for reducing cellulite: diet, exercise and different kinds of treatments. I had cellulite for a long time before I found what really works – of course, you can not get rid of it 100%, but now it`s only me who knows that I got cellulite – it is not visible.
If you are interested, come and visit http://www.fight-cellulite.com for more information and for the book (later).

Good luck if you participate!

I have heard so many different things on how to beat cellulite, does anyone know of any treatment that has worked? I know it won’t totally go away, but maybe help reduce the nasty appearance.

Thanks!

You have to:
– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
– use a contrast shower
– go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed! :) . I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

Cellulite always the biggest problem for majority of women or ladies… even thin women will have cellulite. This unsightly bumpy appearance of cellulite on the skin is most commonly seen on the arms, hips, thighs and buttocks of women.

I have heard that taking a teaspoon of flaxseed oil or olive oil everyday can help combat cellulite so i am taking extra virgin olive oil. Heres the thing i had someone tell me that i should rub it on my skin as well as taking it internally. will my skin absorb the essential fatty acids or should i just stick with gagging back spoonfuls of strait olive oil every day.
Also i would rather not take a supplement.

Actually, its not really the oil but the rubbing that helps fight cellulite. Rubbing or massaging cellulite hellps to break up the fat, improve skin's elasticity, and improve circulation to reduce water retention. To get the most affect, rub with a little oil or lotion, and use as much pressure as you can stand. 15 minutes a day, for 3 weeks and you may see quite a change.

And with taking the oil internally, you can get flax seed or other oils in gelcaps, which are much easier to swallow. Or, try drizzling the oil on a piece of toast with a little salt or italian seaoning. It doesn't have to be taken straight!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm

Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

Here are two articles on how to break through a weight loss plateau:

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier.
