Exercises such as leg squats and lunges will be great (you don't need to spend too long doing them either).

To get rid of the cellulite:

Dry skin body brush
Drink plenty of water and herbal teas
Basic leg exercises
Cellulite massage
Cut out preservatives in your diet where possible

I have cellulite on the back of my butt and legs and on the sides of my legs… can anyone give me simple tips remidess or over the conter medicines to get that arent over expensive to help me get rid of it…

Unfortunately there's no one remedy that will help eliminate cellulite, after trying a few different things I found a really good beautician who explained how cellulite is the build up of toxins in our bodies.

I did a treatment which included a detox diet for a small period of time, cellulite massage, drinking about 6 cups of herbal tea a day, dry skin body brushing before shower, and a few leg exercises, all of which reduced the cellulite to nothing… and made my legs more toned, I even lost a little weight around my thighs and butt area (not that I really needed to though).

Sorry but some exercise will be involved, only a few minutes a day will help, but you can't expect to buy something to put on your legs to get rid of cellulite.

I am 26 years old and a skinny person that is in good shape but I have cellulite around my butt area. It has gotten worst in the past 3 years. I work out and it has gotten a little better but still there. I there any really good exercises I can do to get rid of it.

I stand 5 feet 8 inches, about 120 lbs, but I cannot do heavy weight lifting, like that in a the gym. I'm nearing my 30's too. I have cellulite on my legs and I'm getting a belly. What exercise can I do at home?

You really need to ask your dr. what exercises are appropriate for you with your scoliosis. As for cellulite…. so sorry, nothing gets rid of it so there's no point wasting money on those silly, expensive creams or doing spot exercises that you think will target it. Don't not exercise, just do it for all around good health, not to get rid of cellulite! Good Luck

Caffeine is good for cellulite if you drink coffee every morning take the excess coffee ground from your pot and rub them on your problem area in the shower. also nothings going to work better then toning your body try different exercises to keep those areas tight
I’m 16 and I have cellulite when I sit down. Whenever I wear shorts I’m so self-conscious about my thighs because I know for a fact that my upper outside of my thighs are showing cellulite. And I mean MAJOR cellulite. I’m not all that obese either! I’m 5′7 and 130 lbs. But the cellulite on my upper outside of my thighs is really getting to me! I need so advice on getting back into shape because I’ve stopped playing water polo!

Anyone can have cellulite.
That’s why you see large women without it, and tiny women with it. Cellulite is caused by the the uneven distribution of fat under the skin. The only way to make it go away, or diminish it, is to tone the muscle where you have cellulite, which will flatten the fat, making the dimple appearance disapear.

try swimming, leg lifts, squats, anything that will tone the muscles in your upper/outer thigh.

Are there any exercises or anything that can target cellulite in your thighs?

Im about 135 lbs but is very heavy on the butt and thighs area. i have lost some weight on my butt but it has now become flabby. my thighs stayed the same but i would like to tone it and lose the cellulite. any suggestion?

Here's what helped me and i lost over 70#… i started out on the elliptical trainer and stair stepper, i couldn't do very much at first but i would do about 10 minutes on each every day, and every few days to week i would add just a couple of minutes (i got up to 65 minutes of each every day to every other day). after i built up a little more confidence, i began taking a dance class, tae kwon do, and pilates. tae kwon do seemed to help the most, since it involved lots of kicking exercises. i also started doing squats, boy my legs hurt! but man oh man they sure toned up so well. i did the squats on the smith machine, just begining with the bar (45#) and building up every couple of weeks. if your going to a gym ask one of the trainers to show you proper technique so that you don't hurt yourself. (by the way, i'm female, if that makes a difference)
Yeah, this is a bit embarassing but my bum is basically ALL cellulite. I really want to get rid of it, by exercising obviously. So does anyone know any good exercises to get rid of it?
(I also have cellulite on my legs, so any tips for that would be good too.)

Running has worked the best for me. I try to run at least 3 times a week for 2 miles without stopping. If you aren't athletic don't stress. Start out with like an 1/8 of a mile until you can build up to it. I also cut out desserts and soda. Running is the best for legs and butt. That's the only thing that gets rid of my die-hard cellulite.
I havent got a lot just wandering how to get rid !

Yes. they are really just fatty deposits. try doing exercises that target teh particular areas affected it has a 99.9 percent chance of working if not try to get some lypo for the area you shouldnt have to go that far tho exercise should take care of it
