I need something that's effective for ridding myself of cellulite.
Anti-Cellulite

Cellulite is hereditary. Even skinny women can have it, unfortunately. You don't ever get rid of it completely, but you can reduce it's appearance. Drink LOTS of water, keep a healthy weight and gain muscle.
Yes, I know the God awful stuff is permanent! I exercise 5 days a week, eat super healthy and drink tons of water, etc. Are there any remedies or OTC stuff that you have found that has helped minimize it?

Well cellulite is hereditary and if you got it you gotta work harder to get rid of it…too bad you couldnt have eaten better and exercised more as a young adult…but dont give up you could see a plastic surgeon and have lipo done to reduce the appearance of cellulite but until you can afford lipo keep oon running and do lots of legs exercises with heaveir weights to tone underneath….
I want just a rub on cream that's not too expensive ( like no more than 30 $) and only takes a couple weeks to see GOOD results and actually WORKS. thanks
ok um I dont need to LOSE alot of weight….. I am 5'3" and weigh anywhere from 109-113 lbs

Don't be fooled, you are better off making an appointment with Dr.90210 – there is no such thing as a thinning cream or cellulite reducing cream….exercise and diet reduce the appearance of cellulite, and they (doctors) can suction out fat from target areas (Liposuction) but there's nothing u can buy that's cheap and works in two weeks! Spend your $30 on a one-month gym membership and GO everyday!!
Do i rub it on my leg with my bare hands, do i wet the coffee? is it any kind of coffee? i heard tyra banks does this but i missed how she did it. please help! i'm leaving on a cruise in about 2 months and i'm dying to wear cute short summer dresses!.

Make a body wrap at home using coffee and seaweed to reduce cellulite. Spread warm ground coffee on the troubled areas, wrap with moist seaweed and then cover with plastic wrap. Keep this on for about half an hour. Unwrap and wash off in the shower, while doing so massage the area. There are a number of commercial products too that you can use to reduce cellulite. It is important to have a healthy diet and exercise regularly to prevent the buildup of cellulite.

good luck

cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I exercise five times a week for an hour (walking quickly up and down big hills, etc.). But I was reading that there is no scientific evidence that cellulite can go away with exercise?

Squats, butt lifts, lunges and ham string excercises work best.
Also, you can check out Velasmooth, Endermologie and Mesotherapy.

Cellulite is caused by two things, 1) Fatty tissue and 2) Connective tissue.

The first can be taken care of primarily by diet and working out. Drink your fair share of water, don't eat too much and work out to maintain your metabolism.

The second is more problematic and gets worse as you age because collagen is not regenerated so the tissue becomes less elastic and of course most people gain weight as they age because of a less active life style and a drop in metabolism. This is where Velasmooth or mesotherapy come in handy.

The attached site has more info or you can call 888.517.4187 for someone who does the cellulite treatments.

I know there is no cure to get rid of cellulite, I have asked 2 dermatologist. Is there any not so expensive creams or lotions that make the appearance better?
I run 5 miles 4 times a week, do aerobics, pilates and some wieght training. I have exercised for the past 20 years at least 3 times a week, it never changed it. Other suggestions?

You can try a cream sold by Avon. It's called Cellu-sculpt or Super Shape. I use it and it works. It takes about 2 weeks to starts seeing results, but you will see them. It's cheap too. It's under $20.00. Go to

Diet:
As with any other fat, cellulite can be reduced with a healthy, low-fat diet. The appearance of a localized fat lump or dimple may not change, but your overall cellulite can diminish with a diet low in saturated fats and trans fatty acids — both of which are common in processed foods and are more difficult for the body to process. Replace processed foods with fresh fruit and vegetables and whole grains. Reduce your overall fat consumption and choose "healthy" fats (like lean meat or nuts) over junk food. Limit your daily caloric intake to a healthy amount for size and lifestyle. Take a multi-vitamin, and drink lots of water.Combine excercise with a healthy diet to reduce fat and cellulite.

Exercise:
Without exercise, even the healthiest of diets can show minimal results. A combination of cardio (like running or biking) and strength training can help your body metabolise food more efficiently, decreasing the accumulation of excess cellulite and the overall appearance of fat on your body. If you're not used to a lot of exercise, start slow; try walking a mile or two everyday before you take up jogging. If you have a hard time with motivation, ask a friend to join you or find a nearby gym to join and talk to a personal trainer. Be realistic in your expectations for youself, and remember that thirty minutes a day of any exercise (walking the dog counts) will make a difference.

When You're Trying To Get Rid Of Cellulite – Avoid:
Coffee & Soda
Alcohol
Salty, Spicy, Fired, and Oily food
Fat & cream,
Too much sugar
And no smoking

I love wearing a bikini but i am always conscious about stretch marks and cellulite how can i get rid of them or at least hide them?
can getting a tan work?
Anti-Cellulite

A tan definitely works, at least it makes them look better. But, I am slim everywhere, and drink water and exercise etc… but, I think I am doomed to have cellulite. My mother has it and I heard it is inherited.
I am curious on what natural ways will work?
Anti-Cellulite

Anyone can get cellulite unfortunately. but to remove cellulite you have to do three things. firstly change you diet your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. the alterations of your diet don't need to be great it's easy to some up you just need to eat healthier more fruit and foods that are associated with detoxing

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anareaobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and sit ups

to get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream because the cellulite has damaged the your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. the best cream that i have seen is from http://www.revitol.site88.net it's good stuff, 100% natural ingredients, no prescription needed, 100% safe and they have a reputable name and brand

good luck
