Hello. as we all know swimsuit season is here! i just noticed im getting cellulite on the back of my legs. ah! what is a way to reduce/eliminate it and prevent it from coming back? (im looking into "at home solutions" since im a teenager on a budget)

Tell me what your experiences have been with mary kays cellu-shape products- ive only heard good things about the products…when did you start to see results, if any? does it really eliminate cellulite? Ive been using it for almost 2 weeks and dont see a real difference..

You actually can lose weight by using this product. If you don't think you are "seeing" results. Try this, take a measuring tape used in sewing, and measure the area you are using it on. Jot down the measurement and within a few weeks, do it again. You should have some results.

I noticed smoother skin within a week and the "bumpiness" wasn't at bumpy. I am crazy about the stuff but you must use it day and night consistently.

* Boost your circulation to the area by using a brush, or a massage glove and massage the area every day for 5 min at least.
* Increase your exercise and watch the diet. Avoid sugary snacks and instead reach for fruit and raw veggies.
* Drink lots of water to cleanse your system and flush the toxins from your body cells.
* Avoid coffee and switch to herbal teas. Fruit juices are better than soda too.
