Eat detoxifying diet. It should consist of lot of fruits and vegetables. Whole grain foods are also highly advised. Limit or eliminate coffee and soft drinks. Some aver that spicy foods are also responsible for many instances of cellulites but this claim is yet to be proved. Avoid cigarette smoking and drinking alcohol, since they cause the production of toxins in the body.

What Kind Of Massage Techniques Can You Use On Your Thighs To Eliminate The Appearance Of Cellulite?

And it feels unbelievable too!
Here are two websites that describes it. It's kind of hard to do yourself, but if you have a Massage Therapist, you can request that she/he spends a little bit more time on your thighs.

its not too bad just a little bit.
anndd i dont want to have to exersize….

I did a treatment which included a detox diet for a small period of time, cellulite massage, drinking about 6 cups of herbal tea a day, dry skin body brushing before shower, and a few leg exercises, all of which reduced the cellulite to nothing… and made my legs more toned, I even lost a little weight around my thighs and butt area (not that I really needed to though).
Sorry but some exercise will be involved, only a few minutes a day will help, but you can't expect to buy something to put on your legs to get rid of cellulite.
Good luck with it.

2. drink cranberry juice
3. go to your local salon and get a Galvanic body treatment (eliminates toxins, which cause dimpling)
4. reduce the intake of processed foods
5. have a massage to break down the 'hard fat' (cellulite)

Unfortunately, cellulite problems commonly plague women. The problem can begin at an early age of 14 years and the affected areas can become bigger as they age. Women taking birth control pills and new mothers are also highly susceptible. Injured persons are also likely to develop cellulites.
Treatment methods are here http://losing-cellulite.info/
I'm not fat. I'm a size ten and just becuase i'm not stick thin doesn't mean i'm not beautifull. So shut your face.

it is also said that caffeine will help eliminate cellulite. there are lotions and patches that contain caffeine that you might want to try. i tried the cellulite patches by loreal, and they seemed to work fairly well. the only problem is, that if you have sensitive skin, it will cause irratation. it says on the box to wear the patch for several hours a day, but i would only reccomend an hour at first.
good luck and don't give up!

Because cellulite is beneath the surface of the skin and can also be genetic, most of us need that extra push to see results. I would suggest reseaching Mesotherapy and Lipodissolve…both are proven to be highly effective at breaking down fat cells through sodium deoxycholate and other active agents and flushing them naturally out of the body. If you combine these treatments with drinking lots of water and exercise, I think you'd be suprised by how quick and effective the treatments are. You should consult with a specialist though, to determine exactly what results you can expect and if the treatment is right for you.
You can use the websites below for research or to schedule a free consult with a practice near you. Oh, and you might also want to research VelaSmooth and Endermologie….different methodologies for treatment, but again….noticeable results. Hope this helps!
