Nope, no way. Cellulite is fat that gets stored in the connective tissues of your body. Women's bodies show this cellulite more than men's. Cream will never take fat away. It might somehow reduce the "appearance" of cellulite, but I haven't heard of an effective one so far.

The only way to get rid of fat on your body is to do it the old-fashioned way, sorry to say. In addition to improving your diet, here are some exercises that are pretty good at doing that: http://www.bestdietfinder.com/HowToExercises.html

Take care and good luck!

I am slightly pear shaped and my best feature i would say is my butt…but i have noticed that i am seeing dimples in them and i hate it! how do i get rid of it? Help :-( Has anyone gotten rid of this problem and it worked.

I have found one product that visibly reduces cellulite, and it's shockingly cheap. There's a company called Montagne Jeunesse, and they make facials and hair masks and stuff in the little packets that you might have seen in the skin care aisle at Wal-Mart or Target. Their "cellulite mud" really works. You put it on for about 20 minutes and then wash it off in the shower. When you wash it off, it kind of feels like burning and gives off an unpleasant smell that might make you cough, but it's so effective that I continue to use it. The results show up within about 30 minutes, and they last a few days. It's kind of a hassle to do it every week, but if you're going on a trip or if it's swimsuit season, it's totally worth it.
I call it cellul***, it fits. I am already skinny (108, 5-4) and athletic I have 2 sons they keep me busy riding bikes with them and playing with them at the park. Just my butt from having kids it has a nice shape and all I just hate the way it looks with the stretchmarks and dimples. Now that I've gone into detail and grossed all of you out… what should I do about it?

I do this certain type of exercise…
You get on the floor on a soft mat, or on top of your bed.
You get on all fours. both knees and hands.
with one leg on the bed.. tuck the other leg underneath your stomach and slowly push behind you and up keeping your leg straight. do a set of 10 for each leg, then increase another set each day.

you will feel your butt get tighter instantly.

along with that, try the shape by avon its a cellulite and stretchmark cream. it works nicely.
good luck!

So what does it do to you > is it bad for you > is it unhealthy > what?

The dimples and bumps in the skin, usually around the thighs and buttocks, caused when the natural structure of the skin is stretched by Fat cells

Anyone can get cellulite unfortunately. but to remove cellulite you have to do three things. firstly change you diet your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. the alterations of your diet don't need to be great it's easy to some up you just need to eat healthier more fruit and foods that are associated with detoxing

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anareaobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and sit ups

to get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream because the cellulite has damaged the your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. the best cream that i have seen is from http://www.revitol.site88.net it's good stuff, 100% natural ingredients, no prescription needed, 100% safe and they have a reputable name and brand

good luck

I just bought a trampoline. i know jumping on a trampoline helps you lose weight…but i'm not really overweight. I just have cellulite. Will jumping on the trampoline help me lose my cellulite "dimples?"
Anti-Cellulite

Yes it does help with cellulite.

It drains your lymph system and exercises cells underneath your skin. Jump lots and drink loads of water.

Take a photo of your cellulite now and then after you have been jumping for 3 weeks, (and drinking lots of water), take another photo and I bet you see results.

More info on what happens to your body can be found at this trampoline site…

Unfortunately cellulite does not necessarily go away if you loose weight; many slim women suffer from the same cellulite problems as everyone else. In fact every woman has a certain amount of cellulite, because unfortunately this is how our bodies store fat.
What has been successful for you? I'm in the early stages and want to rid myself of it ASAP! Thanks.

No one thing or product is going to remove cellulite. there are 3 strategies that i used together and i guarantee you will lose your cellulite. firstly you need to change your diet, you need to remove all foods that are high in toxins and saturated fats that cause the fat cells to grow and cluster together creating the appearance of dimples or cellulite. secondly you need to implement an exercise routine, you don't need a gym membership, something like walking the dog, hiking and swimming are just a couple of ideas. remember to pick exercises specific to your cellelite area. thirdly for the best result you need to rejuvinate the skin, repair the skins connective tissues and cell structure i recommend using revitols cream at http://www.revitol.site88.net

good luck

I keep on hearing about the word “cellulite” on people’s thighs at school and how when you do it looks gross and the cellulite causes dimples or whatever.
I have some fat on my thighs but they’re not dimpled or wrinkled up (i swear)

It’s only cellulite if it looks like you’re smuggling cottage cheese.
