I stand 5 feet 8 inches, about 120 lbs, but I cannot do heavy weight lifting, like that in a the gym. I'm nearing my 30's too. I have cellulite on my legs and I'm getting a belly. What exercise can I do at home?

You really need to ask your dr. what exercises are appropriate for you with your scoliosis. As for cellulite…. so sorry, nothing gets rid of it so there's no point wasting money on those silly, expensive creams or doing spot exercises that you think will target it. Don't not exercise, just do it for all around good health, not to get rid of cellulite! Good Luck

Cellulite creams sold in the market have been found to be effective in averting the occurrence of cellulites but they cannot destroy the tissues completely. These creams contain alpha-hydroxyl acids don’t actually get rid of cellulites but instead increase the elasticity of the skin, thus making the cellulites less evident.

Exercise and diet is still the best method of combating cellulite. People must find time to relax and visit spas for body pampering. Exercise is specifically effective as circulation can actually minimize the appearance of the cellulites.

Hi Redd!,

Sadly all those fancy creams suggesting they can Improve Cellulite containing all those Vitamins and Nutrients no ones heard off, don't work,

Cellulite occurs to 80% of woman, so your not alone, You should try doing some squats and lunges, this will eventually tighten and smoothen the skin, you could also try a fake tan, (bottled etc, not sun bed) a tan would minimize the look of lumps and bumps of the cellulite

I'm 5'4. 118lbs. I'm not fat anywhere else except my butt, hips and thighs. I know it's genetics, but I've weighed more (149lbs) and didn't have any cellulite. I don't want to get down to 95lbs to make it disappear. I have a six pack and lumpy thighs. I have a great upperbody, great calves, excellent definition. Yet I have theses damn lumpy thighs. I've seen obese people who don't have it. I know it's only fat lumps but I don't want to become anorexic.

Have you tried doing squats a few times a week? I always see ads for creams, I don't know if they work, but I guess you can always ask for a refund if is doesn't http://www.cellulite-reduction.biz

Nutrition plays a big part in most diets, but more so in dieting to reduce cellulite. All processed foods must be banned from your intake.

You need to try and eat foods in there natural state, i.e: fruit and veg, a baked potato is a great example of this.

If you eat meat (life myself) then it advises that you buy the leanest cuts you can. Go for quality not quantity.

Eggs are good too, but with other dairy products (milk, yogurt) buy either low fat or fat free products.

100% Whole wheat should be used when having breads and pasta’s, anything else is just a waste of calories.

i took the above from a good article about getting rid of cellulite naturally, the blog is http://easydietoptions.wordpress.com/2008/03/04/reducecellulite/

Coffee and water mix rub it in thats what iv been told xx
I realize that no kind of cream will actually get rid of it, but I do know that some creams are good at hiding the appearance of it or "disguising" it. I'd love to know which creams work the best!

I'm using a renewal lotion by Vaseline now just to keep that area of my legs smooth looking. Has anyone used any lotions (continuously – in order to see the effects) that have worked great to banish the appearance of wrinkles and cellulite in that area?

No idea! but buy a body brush and brush the areas with cellulite oh and use some sort of massager too, i cant remember why but it is suppossed to improve cellulite plus any creams you buy will tell you to massge it into the area
I'm not fat, but I have some spots of cellulite on the back of my thighs and butt. It's so gross and embarrassing. I've been trying to tone those areas, but am I just wasting my time or will that help? Do any of those cellulite creams really work?

My wife uses the Body Shaper Kit. Seems to work great for her :-)
