Im doing the whole excercise thing and drinking plenty of water but what is the best cream to help aid the dissapearing process?
I dont expect cream to get rid of it, if you read my question properly you would know what i mean. just something to help aid the process because i noticed alot of creams on the market…..

Honestly…dont buy into it….if twice a day, night and morning, you cream your skin all over, the vigorious rubbing action is all that is needed, forget fat breaking creams, the harder you work massaging your skin with any cream, I use a rich creamy nivea cream, and am not a skinny woman at all, but i have good circulation in my legs, toned legs, and probably about 90% cellulite free….Drink that water, flush out the system, eat sensibly, exercise, and moisturise you skin, thats all you need.
I am pregnant right now, but as soon as I am done, only 4 weeks left, I want to know how to get the back of my thighs and my butt back in shape. i am of small build anyways, and I never had any meat back there to be flabby or get cellulite until I got pregnant, And now I think that is where all my weight went. Does anyone know of any videos, lotion, or excercises that I can do to get them back in shape once I have the baby? I can't afford any surgery so that is out, and besides it really isn't all that bad, and actually I think I am the only one that will notice, but i know with time it will only get worse. I'm only 21 I can't live with a body like this for the rest of my life.

Been there (pregnant twice -the first time with twins). As far as I can tell, the creams don't make it go away – you literally just have to lose the weight and the cellulite should diminish pretty quickly because cellulite is just fat deposits trapped under looser skin. You can use a skin firming cream (I use Nivea – you can buy it at the drugstore) and that helps. It really does firm the skin and make it look tighter so as your fat deposits vanish, the skin tone will remain good.
Of what the commercials say are miracles?

Lets put it this way: if those creams really worked, NO ONE would have cellulite, yes? Yes…it's only for the bucks! Same goes for diet pills.

You can break up cellulite and fat cells by massaging with almost any type of cream. What you're doing is stimulating the cells and allowing the callogen to form firming up the skin. Baby oil will work perfectly. Maybe you would like to use a natural sponge or share a cellulite massage with a friend. At any rate, it's not the cream, it's the massaging that helps. I will add that caffiene will tighten up your skin; but I'm not sure it's a permanent solution or that it will break up cellulite. I've learned to live with it. Godloveya.

The appearance of cellulite is caused by fibrous bands under your skin that result in the lumpy looking texture. How can lotions and creams remove the appearance of the fibrous bands under your skin? Also, doesn't working out increase the appearance of cellulite as your skin tries to tighten? Or is it possible to even lose weight when you have cellulite? How can you lose fat when there are fatty deposits that have become hardend under your skin?

You're correct that lotions absolutely do not work. Any positive effects are actually the result of rubbing which swells the skin thus hiding the lumps for an hour at most.

Losing weight does reduce the appearance of cellulite, because the less fat you have, the less chance of fat cells bulging to the surface. Working out builds muscle which also reduces the appearance of cellulite.

I know we all have it and we cant get rid of it. i have it on the back of my thighs and butt. its embarrassing! i heard massage helps and changing my diet. are there any creams out there that have had great results? or if aything else helps reduce it.

First try dieting and doing lots of cardio a few times a week. If that doesn't work use this cream http://www.cellulite-reduction.biz to get rid of it
I have never been over weight. I'm 5'2'' & 105lbs. and have never weighed more than 127 and that was pregnant. I run 5 miles a day, but for some reason can't get rid of the dimples on the back of my legs.

It is not a forever fix. Some may make cellulite appear less, but once you stop using the item, it'll come back. Only way to get rid of it is through proper excerise and diet. Diet being the main key.
Sucks i know.
If you have tried these, do they do what they claim, and would you recommend either of them? Obviously I know that they will not significantly improve cellulite and am not looking for a miracle cream, but I want to know if they give any good results at all and are worth buying?thanks.
No I didn't watch the tyra show, why?

Sorry, haven't used any of the cellulite creams….I've heard that if you just massage your skin with lotion, it breaks down the cells of fat deposits…thinking those creams have a bit of caffiene in them as if I remember right, that can shrink fat cells….??? Darn missed the show….
I have some dimples on my butt and i only bought the gel cream nivea goodbye cellulite would the cream reduce them or get rid off them?. thank you.

No, and do not count too much on it being effetcive on the cellulite. A recent independent test of all cellulite creams on the market listed Nivea Goodbye Cellulite as almost the worst performing one. Confirm with a Google search. Dimples on certain parts of the body do respond to some treatments. Mainly facial dimples. This was a result of vigorous massage with oils. However I do not think this could be readily applied to the B. But try researching with Google

Has anyone had any success with cellulite creams?
If so, which ones?

If not, any other remedies that you know do work?

Thanks!

Anybody tried it? anybody know of any creams that tighten up skin fast? i know the anti-cellulite seaweed stuff might work a bit over time, but is there anything topical i can use right away for "superficial" results!? THANK YOU!

Ive heard that the Nivea stuff works, Ive been dying to try it.

The Olay stuff works pretty good but if you dont use it for a few days, you start to see it again.
