Or HOW DO YOU lose cellulite? :) ) (other than creams/miracle diet stuff/surgery/detox/or whatever)
**thighs and buttocks.
I have a really bad problem. Well, my upper body is thin but when it comes to my thighs and buttocks, I have a lot of cellulite. Plus, it doesn't look so nice because I am 5"5 1/2 and I'm flat chested. HELP, please.

Im really willing to do anything as long as its healthy! Diet, exercise, creams or basically any other techniques that i can do at home other than diet pills are fine with me. Moisturise, massage and swimming is cold water are good natural treatments.

Or you can buy these things that kinda look like a roll on deoderant and you rub it on your skin but I think this may be a gimik and would do the same as massagin in moisturier

I don't want to hear about any creams they don't work
such as nivea & such

I personally notice that exercising daily will help it. Take a moderately paced walk everyday for about twenty to thirty minutes. Try some squats, while holding five lb. weights. It doesn't have to be a lot all at once. Just make sure you get cardiovascular exercise everyday, and some muscle toning exercises in. Try to keep to it about five days a week, do what you can. Try to cut down on any junk food, and just give it time. Patience and persistence will pay off after a few months.
I’m going to the beach this weekend and I’ve got major cellulite on my thighs – is there any way to make it look better with some kind of cream on the market? Also my skin is very pale – will getting some tan make my thighs look better? Thanks!

Im using Nivea Goodbye Cellulite cream and patches and im starting to see some results. You should also look up the following terms for more options. The more treatment options you use, the better your results will be.

-Cellulite Massage
-Body Wraps
-Circuit Training
-Coffee Scrubs
-Dry Brushing
Dr. Murad is a cellulite specialist and he recommends the following 9 steps.
Nine Ways of Treating Cellulite
1. Strengthen blood vessels/increase blood flow
2. Encourage the production of connective tissue
3. Stimulate the production of collagen and elastin
4. Attract water to the cells
5. Repair cell membranes
6. Reduce wasted water
7. Prevent free-radical damage
8. Reduce inflammation
9. Promote exfoliation
Eat healthy, drink LOTS of water, and research some of this stuff. Also, a tan (fake or real) can be a quick fix. You’ll be on the fast-track to smooth skin!

Cellulite is simply the "cottage cheese" appearance that occurs primarily on the thighs and buttocks but occasionally elsewhere. Women generally have a worse problem with cellulite than men. Cellulite is essentially just fat, and the dimpled appearance is due to the way the fat collects beneath the skin. It is very hard to get rid of.

However, I did notice that after I lost weight by watching what I ate and exercizing daily, and I slimmed down to a tiny size 3, most of my cellulite disappeared. I have gained ten pounds since then and some of it is back. I would like to think that the various anti-cellulite "skin firming" creams the sell in drugstores would work, but I don't think they really do. As for the high-priced cellulite treatments they perform in spas, the improvement is termporary, minimal, and very expensive.

The best thing to do if you have cellulite is to exercize regularly, eat healthy foods, and wear clothes that cover it up!

To get thinner thighs you have to diet and exercise.

I suggest you go to the gym at least 3 times a week. At the gym you should be doing 20-30 minutes of cardio, lifting a moderate amount of weights and maybe doing some yoga. I have found that yoga is an excellent way to make your body look extremely toned.

As for the diet, you need to eat less to lose. That’s the general rule. Of course don’t starve yourself, just eat balanced meals. Cut down on sugar and carbs and increase the amount of proteins you eat. Protein will feed your muscles. Add a daily multivitamin to your diet as well and drink a lot of water. Water has been proven to help minimize the effects of cellulite.

To really knock out that cellulite you might want to add a cream to the mix. I use one called Body Shape and its done wonders for me. I found it here http://www.myireviews.com/cellulite-cream/ while researching the best cellulite creams.

I hope I’ve helped you a bit. Good luck!

Shit…i'm at about my wits end…does anybody have any advice on cellulite? I'm at like the last stage of it…so if your going to tell me about my diet i don't want to hear about it. i've tried most creams, exercise. anything else comes to mind i'm all ears!

Try skin brushing. This technique is very simple and relatively inexpensive. Simply use a loofah sponge or a soft body brush and scrub your hips, thighs and belly. This not only helps you to exfoliate, but it also stimulates blood flow and supports lymph functions. This will help to minimize the appearance of cellulite.

A multi-faceted approach works best when trying to remove cellulite. Try matching a diet and exercise program with topical creams that include anti-oxidants.

I wear a size 2, but the upper back of my legs still have cellulite. I swim nearly 12 hours a week, so I know excersize is not a problem. I eat fairly healthy and drink lots of water. I see a lot of creams and such that im sure would work but once they pass the $30 dollar mark i begin to loose interest.

First of all I'm not over weight at all I'm 5"3 120lbs and I have slight formation of cellulite on the back of my thighs. I don't know how to get rid of it, I go to the gym 5 days a week and I run on the treadmill for an hour and do the elyptical for about 20 minutes each day I go, I also use a machine which says it works on my glute. I just can't seem to kick this start of cellulite away. I've even tried creams and say massage the area and usually it will go away..

any help?

Cellulite is formed not solely because of a natural fat deposit in this area but because of a loss of elasticity to the skin. It probably won't ever completely disappear (models dont' have flat areas there, it's photo shop that make it look like that)… but your best bet is to use a firming lotion with Keratin in it in addition to the exercise that you are doing. Eat a well balanced diet with vitamin E supplement for skin, hair and nails. Good luck and love yourself as you are!
I was wondering if there were any 'home remedies' for cellulite? Because l'm not interested in going out and buying creams. Yeah, I know, exercise and eat well, anything else?

Anyone can get cellulite unfortunately. but to remove cellulite you have to do three things. firstly change you diet your diet you need to remove as much saturated fat as possible and to eat foods that are free of toxins. because foods that are high in saturated fats and toxins cause the fats cells in the cellulite area to become enlarged and group together creating dimples (cellulite) on the skins surface. the alterations of your diet don't need to be great it's easy to some up you just need to eat healthier more fruit and foods that are associated with detoxing

secondly you need to exercise, both cardiovascular and anareaobic exercises. but specifically you want to perform exercises that are going to help your specific area such as lunges, running and sit ups

to get the best results you need to get a cellulite cream because the cellulite has damaged the your skins connective tissues and skins cell structure you need to rejuvenate your skin help repair the damage, you need to strengthen these cells as there is no point in doing this work if the skins tissue will never have the strength to bring back the skins smoothness and firmness. the best cream that i have seen is from http://www.revitol.site88.net it's good stuff, 100% natural ingredients, no prescription needed, 100% safe and they have a reputable name and brand

good luck
