He suggests that the negative perception of cellulite was created by the cosmetic and slimming industries to make women feel insecure about their bodies so that they'll spend more money on products.
Moderate exercise combined with sensible nutrition and adequate rest is the solution
the best exercises are based on a good resistance programme, such as yoga, Pilates, conventional strength training or a combination of all three. 'The goal is to isolate the muscles and build up lean tissue in both your big and small muscles.The reasoning behind this is that muscles require more energy than fat to function, so increasing your lean tissue raises your metabolic rate (the speed at which you burn calories). As a result you burn more body fat.Futhermore, even when your muscles are at rest, they require fuel to recover from exertion. So the more muscle you have, the more fuel you need – and the more calories you burn.
To build up lean tissue do two or three total body resistance workouts a week.


1.Start with the salt and put it in the oil until it dissolves. You may want to stir or shake in a bottle. Add coffee: also shake or stir. Finally, finely chop the mint leaves and add them to the mixture.
2.Shake, shake, shake and leave it in the sunlight whenever possible. This makes the oil more fluid (less dense) and the ingredients dissolve better.
3.Before applying the mixture on your tighs, make sure these ones are wet: you can rub them with a washcloth or a loofah mitt, or better after a shower when your skin is fresh and "breathes". Apply the ointment gently and massage for 5 to 10 min, making circular shapes. You may want to cover your tighs afterward to keep them warm. You can repeat this method twice a week.

3.Apply moderate pressure to the skin and alternate these moves:
Long sweeping strokes using your knuckles, fingers or palm of your hand. #* Circular motion again using your hand as above.
Kneading motion by grasping your skin with your thumb and fingers and massaging it in circular motion like it was dough.
Pinch the skin gently between thumb and fingers and pull it slightly away from the body.

4. Always finish off with some relaxing broad contact strokes (Effleurage)
Do this every day for at least five minutes at a time.
