Make a body wrap at home using coffee and seaweed to reduce cellulite. Spread warm ground coffee on the troubled areas, wrap with moist seaweed and then cover with plastic wrap. Keep this on for about half an hour. Unwrap and wash off in the shower, while doing so massage the area. There are a number of commercial products too that you can use to reduce cellulite. It is important to have a healthy diet and exercise regularly to prevent the buildup of cellulite.

good luck

cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of what the commercials say are miracles?

Lets put it this way: if those creams really worked, NO ONE would have cellulite, yes? Yes…it's only for the bucks! Same goes for diet pills.

You can break up cellulite and fat cells by massaging with almost any type of cream. What you're doing is stimulating the cells and allowing the callogen to form firming up the skin. Baby oil will work perfectly. Maybe you would like to use a natural sponge or share a cellulite massage with a friend. At any rate, it's not the cream, it's the massaging that helps. I will add that caffiene will tighten up your skin; but I'm not sure it's a permanent solution or that it will break up cellulite. I've learned to live with it. Godloveya.

I find it hard to purchase a cellulite product from a company that uses near anorexic models to promote it.

Lol at least dove use more realistic sized women
I've been using Dove Intensive Firming Cream for my legs and I haven't really noticed any changes except my skin is pretty soft. I've seen a commercial for a lotion from Nivea….says something like Goodbye Cellulite or something like that. Has anyone tried that yet or have anything better that has worked for you? And you've seen results?
Just to add, I workout everyday and drink nothing but water. I don't have a bad case of cellulite, I just want to get rid or soften the look of what little I do have.

Use Nivea – Goodbye Cellulite, it totally works, in about 8 days you'll see the difference. you have to apply it everyday though, and maybe do some squats in the morning, that couldnt hurt either. thats what i do, and i love my legs!
I already drink 48oz of water a day, but what eles?

I think all commercial products for cellulite are a waste of money. The active ingredient in all of them is caffeine. I use a coffee scrub on my trouble areas and moisturize really well after. My skin feels great and it's much cheaper.

Coffee
plastic wrap
old newspaper

Microwave coffee grounds (fresh, not already brewed. And obviously not decaf) with some water for 30 seconds in a coffee cup. Coffee grounds should be damp. Scrub them on your cellulite areas and leave on skin for about 10 minutes. For an added boost, wrap the area in plastic wrap to trap the coffee against your skin. You can spread newspaper on the ground underneath you for easy cleanup. Just rinse in warm shower and apply lotion. You'll love the feeling!

Ive tried the mary kay cellulite set…. havent seen really any results… any help?
im not big or anything. Im actually really tiny… 5'1 95 lbs
i never even had a baby….

Buy a moisturizer that has a sunless tanner mixed in. The moisturizer will hydrate you skin and reduce the severity of the rippling. The sunless tanner will darken you skin making your cellulite less visible. This is a great cosmetic trick to hide cellulite while you work on lowering your body fat content.

Shop for a quality cellulite treatment cream. There are a lot of these products on the market. You want to look for a cream that contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Try skin brushing. This technique is very simple and relatively inexpensive. Simply use a loofah sponge or a soft body brush and scrub your hips, thighs and belly. This not only helps you to exfoliate, but it also stimulates blood flow and supports lymph functions. This will help to minimize the appearance of cellulite.

Try matching a diet and exercise program with topical creams that include anti-oxidants.

Massage cocoa butter into the stretch marks.

Use vitamin E oil on your stretch marks. Massage it into your skin after a shower.

Talk to your doctor about using tretinoin cream on stretch marks. It is available by prescription only.

Eat foods high in vitamins A, E and C, or take supplements in addition to your diet.

Add foods or supplements to your diet that are high in zinc, which is good for the skin, and silica (beets, brown rice, bell peppers, soybeans, leafy green vegetables and whole grains), which helps form collagen, the supporting fibers in the skin.

Eat foods that contain essential fatty acids, which help make cell walls. Essential fatty acids can be found in many vegetables, vegetable oils and fish oils.

Check your local supermarket or drugstore for commercial creams such as Belly Butter, a moisturizing and replenishing maternity body cream

Develop an exercise program that is designed to help remove your body fat content. Exercise is an effective way of reducing the amount of cellulite that you have. Effective exercise programs will need to include cardio, strength training and flexibility training. You should try working out at least 3 to 4 times a week.
