….And don't forget, at the end of the day, these are just small imperfections in a world that expects every woman to fit into some impossible ideal of "perfection". Try to keep it in perspective. It's still your body and it's still functioning well. And you can walk, run and move those stretch-marked hips back and forth. That's more than lots of people are able to do. Be grateful for your body. Anyways, your stretch marks and cellulite just show that you are a woman who HAS LIVED.

My homemade recipes
1 cup olive oil
1 cup coconut oil
2 oz vitamin e oil (10-12 capsules)
6 vitamin a capsules
Heat on low to melt coconut oil and blend ingredients store in fridge (for lotion bar as it will harden) or in cupboard for your basic oil
6-8oz cocoa butter(this one is my fave)
6 oz almond oil
4 oz coconut oil
2 oz vitamin e oil
6 vitamin a capsules
Heat on low to melt coconut oil and cocoa butter blend ingredients store in fridge (for lotion bar as it will harden) or in cupboard for your basic oil
First i exfoliate (great for removing dead skin cells and rejuvinating skin) basically it wakes up your skin and prepares it to absorb moisture at its best Get a loofah and your bodywash of choice prefferably with exfoliating beads scrub in circular motions for a good 1-3 minutes than apply oil within 3 minutes of getting out of the shower its recommended to massage into skin so i spend about 3 minutes massaging into my skin
My old stretch marks from 5 years back are even improving!!
Ive only been doing this for 2 months now and my skin is smoother the redness is fading more everyday its said that it takes a good 6 months to heal but its definetly worth it and remember they are always going to be there but you can dramatically fade and heal them if you do this daily You shouldnt have a problem either since this is your first and your doing this early before the marks get older and more permanent I wish i would have!!! And use when pregnant again this will 100% prevent new marks
Here are some more recipes not my own but recommended
1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup Aloe Vera Gel
- 10 Vitamin E Capsules, Drained
- 5 Vitamin A Capsules, Drained
Place in fridgerator and use twice or more a day. Rub into skin untill fully absorbed
4 teaspoons nescafe coffee, or brand you prefer
1 cup coconut oil
Brew coffee as you normally do.
Add the brewed coffee to the coconut oil.
Bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Allow to cool.
Rub this every night before going to sleep over your stretch marks.
This when done regularly will lighten the stretch marks and make them less visible.

Dietary Factors
•Vit. C Supplement (1000 mg daily internally) – Increases collagen but not other necessary skin proteins.
•Eat nuts and seeds and take zinc and vitamins A, C, D, E, and B-complex as a preventative measure.
•Drink 2 liters of water daily to keep skin hydrated and moisturized.
Subcision (needling)
Break up the tissue to signal your body to produce more collagen, therefore, filling in the stretch mark. You do this with a skin roller. The needles injure the upper 1-2 mm of the dermis. This injury causes localized damage and bleeding. This will promote the normal post-traumatic infiltration of fibroblasts and the release of growth factors.
Homemade Stretch Mark Exfoliate
•With the help of a wet washcloth, exfoliate your skin first. Take ½ tsp of olive oil, cod liver oil and aloe Vera gel and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Apply this mixture to the affected area or you can even apply it to the whole body as anti-aging skin treatment.
•Take sugar, cod liver oil, olive oil, aloe Vera gel and Vitamin E crème or oil. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and massage gently on the affected area. This mixture acts as an excellent exfoliating scrub and stimulates the blood flow.
•5 tbsp of scrub, 1 tsp aloe Vera, 1/2 tsp vitamin e, 1 tsp coco butter. Massage it over your stretch marks for a few minutes. Do it after you showered and before you go to sleep. Blot the areas your going to massage to maintain moisture. Do not put allot of pressure but focusing only on the skin, for about 3 minutes on each spot. Then use a bath sponge or loofa or towel for 3 minutes then rinse.
•Body scrub (mix with a little olive oil), cod liver oil, vitamin E oil/cream and aloe Vera gel. Exfoliate first but always make sure that you are scrubbing towards the heart – this stimulates more blood flow and is great for getting rid of cellulite.
•Using MicroDermabrasion System (Neutrogena, bought in stores) on stretch marks, about 3 mins on each mark in small upward circles. Then rinse the area with warm water and pat dry. After that, apply Vitamin E oil all over the area.
Homemade Stretch Mark Cream & Lotion
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Butter, 1 tbsp. wheat germ oil, 1tsp. light sesame seed oil, 1tsp. Apricot kernel oil, 1tsp. Vitamin E oil, 2 tsp. grated beeswax, 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional).
Mix together all ingredients except vanilla extract. Heats gently until the cocoa butter and beeswax have melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool completely. Store in a clean jar with a tight fitting lid. Massage into your skin.
- ½ cup of cocoa butter, 2 tsp of sesame seed oil, 2 tsp of Vitamin E oil,1 tsp of apricot kernel oil, 2 tbsp of wheat germ oil and 4 tsp of grated beeswax.
In a pan mix all the ingredients and heat it gently until beeswax and cocoa butter melts. Cool the mixture after removing it from the heat. Gently massage your affected area with this homemade stretch mark crème.
- 1/2 virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup aloe Vera gel, contents of 6 capsules of vitamin E, Contents of 4 capsules of vitamin A
Mix all ingredients using a blender and store the mixture in the refrigerator. For best results use daily.
- Mix 3 oz of the Vit. E, 3 oz of the MSM lotion, 3 oz of Rose Hip Oil and 3 oz of emu oil (refined) – and then shake it well to mix it up. (note: Keep it cool, do not store in sun or heat) Then pump and massage into skin. Since Emu oil is carrier oil, it gets the Vit. E, Rose Hip Oil and MSM down to the deepest layers of skin.
Effective Oils
•Vitamin E Oil – Apply Vitamin E oil after taking a shower. Do not wipe it off. Apply daily. If you don't shower every day, clean the stretch mark area with a wet cloth and apply. You can cover the area with band-aids or gauze (use medical tape to secure).
•Olive Oil – For prevention, put olive oil on all areas that could be affected by stretch marks twice a day. Cover with a warm-hot washcloth. Leave on until rag is cold. Should notice improvement within the first few times. (Also works for wrinkle prevention.)
•100% pure mink oil, rub in twice daily until stretch marks are totally gone.
•Flaxseed Oil-Rub flaxseed oil on stretch marks after showering and again before bed.
•Applying lavender oil on the marks thrice a day will fade up the marks soon.
•Mix one ounce of carrier oil (avocado, sweet almond, jojoba, they are the best) with seven drops of lavender and five drops of chamomile.
•Rub castor oil on the stretch marks, rap with a plastic rap and place a hot pad on. Leave it on for 20-25 minutes and wash off.
•Use various essential herbal oils like avocado, rosehip, kukui, emu, neroli, chamomile, helychrysum, almond, camellia, etc. These essential oils are known for their healing as well as moisturizing properties.
Other Ingredients
•Grind coffee into a powder and mix it with hand lotion. Rub into stretch marks for about 60 seconds and wipe off with a warm towel. Apply twice daily. Results take about two weeks.
•Use the fresh aloe Vera gel on the affected area. Allow it to dry on the night and rinse off with warm water in the morning. It assists in the flexibility of the skin in order that as one stretches in the pregnancy, one will not find any stretch marks.
•Use plain yogurt, mixed with a little thyme, and rub it on the places with stretch marks. It also makes you feel like a bunch of dirt has come of those places.
•Egg white and egg white powders are greatly effective in treating stretch marks. As they are rich in protein, they provide protein to the skin. This will completely remove stretch marks.
•Cocoa & Shea butter is also effective in fading stretch marks. Shea butter acts as a hypoallergenic natural moisturizer which smooth your skin remarkably.
•Bath using a discoloration bar.

First you should find out why you have cellulite and fight it from there.
You need to activate your metabolism by doing proper physical exercise and intake more fluids. Perhaps reasonable walking, exercising and/or swimming would do. This should stimulate the elimination of toxins in your body. It is important that you activate your system before you start decomposing the cellulite structure.
Drink enough water and/or diuretic teas. Diuretic teas range from mild diuretics (Rosehip) to teas specially mixed for fighting cellulite which you can buy in the pharmacy.
Eat properly. An example of diuretic food are cucumber and parsley. Eat lots of fiber and combine your food properly and in proper quantities. Congestion followed by constipation, is the killer.
Use special creams to prepare your skin for the stress, as well as to treat it afterwards. This way you would avoid stretch marks. Stretch marks are best treatable in early stage.
Anti cellulite gels are good for the superficial decomposition of cellulite. Give it a try.
Massage is essential. You do need to have someone massage it away, with special oils and wrapping, etc. This is combined with specific treatments used in salons, where practically everything is applicable and, unless you are unlucky with the salon choice, under control.
When you start crunching the cellulite, at the beginning it may appear that you have more of it, because the deeper layers would go to the surface. Don't panic. This is temporary. I'm saying this because perhaps you are aware that summer is coming and you've found your long lost thighs
You must strive throughout. Bad experience is with peoples who remember of their body only before summer comes, and those who simply are looking for a one day wonder after years of mistreating their body. Think of it as a long term commitment to fight cellulite and you are on the right path.
Frequently asked questions:
Q: Is coffee bad for cellulite?
A: People usually drink coffee after a heavy meal, every day and in larger quantities. It usually all sums up into a nice heavy congestion. Drinking coffee on empty stomach, and in reasonable quantity is not bad for cellulite.
Q: What is the fastest way to get rid of cellulite?
A: Liposuction.
Q: Is exercising and diet enough to get rid of cellulite?
A: No. It needs to be treated locally.

I also heard sushi is good for cellulite and rubbing coffee grounds on your skin will help, but i haven't tried that.
Good luck and don't worry too much because we all have it.

I hope you don't mention that to anyone at Starbucks…
I am fit and exercise (before I get any rude comments), but have celluilte at the back top part of my legs and I hate it.

I would not go for surgeries – the results are very temporary.
You better do this:
– avoid fast food and sodas
– massage your problem areas
– scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)
– use a contrast shower
– go for some body wrapping procedures.
Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks – guaranteed!
. I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.

Coffee
plastic wrap
old newspaper
Microwave coffee grounds (fresh, not already brewed. And obviously not decaf) with some water for 30 seconds in a coffee cup. Coffee grounds should be damp. Scrub them on your cellulite areas and leave on skin for about 10 minutes. For an added boost, wrap the area in plastic wrap to trap the coffee against your skin. You can spread newspaper on the ground underneath you for easy cleanup. Just rinse in warm shower and apply lotion. You'll love the feeling!

You can minimize the look of cellulite with cellulite creams. Like wrinkle creams they fill in the lines of cellulite and help the skin swell up a very tiny bit. This gives the skin a smoother look. They say that there is a 65-67% reduction in the look of cellulite. If you massage them in at night, it will help break up the cellulite chunks also giving you a smoother look.
You can also minimize it by toning the muscles under the cellulite. This will help tighten the area and when the muscles are tighter, it gives a tighter look and feel, thus having the cellulite look noticeable.
You can help new cellulite from occurring by making sure that your diet is free from white sugars and carbs (eat only breads and pasta made from 100% whole grains), take a daily vitamin-mineral supplement (buy a good one that comes in a capsule, not a tiny little pill), try to avoid caffeine as caffeine add to cellulite (if you drink coffee then don't drink any energy drinks that are high in caffeine and sugar).
The #1 way to help keep cellulite at bay is pure water and lots of it. Make sure you drink at least 8 full glasses a day. Many people have cellulite because they don't drink enough water and there is no way for the calorie burned toxins to be removed by the cells. By drinking plenty of water you leave an easy escape route for the toxins and they won't build up.
You can never get rid of 100% of it but you can reduce the look and lets face it, it's the look of cellulite that we don't like.

You can try to read this article, is about cellulite reduction. HOpe it can help you and for those who facing this problem.
