I am a small build but I am thick….not fat . I just have thick legs and on the back of my legs I have a little bit of cellulite and I really want to smooth that out . What is the best way to do that?….cardio or weight training b/c I do both.

My best advice is cardio, as weight training may make the cellulite more apparent and 'bulk out' so to speak. Cardio will lean your entire body down, then I would work more on building the muscle after this.
