Unfortunately, you never truly can get rid of cellulite. By toning the muscles in the target area, you can reduce the appearance of it. Aerobic activity decreased the appearance of it on my roommate’s legs.

As far as toning the stomach, leg lifts help with the lower and middle abdominal region. Crunches are also good for the upper section.

Using a balance ball and doing exercises also provides more activities for someone to do. Sitting on the ball and doing crunches, lifting one leg and doing crunches, sitting on your knees with your elbows on the ball and slowly rolling out is a nice one, laying on your back and lifting the ball with your legs and transferring it to your hands and reverse is also nice. :o )
