This is for the upper back thigh area. The person's not overweight and is very active in excerise, it's not servere, but what can I tell them?

I had it one time and this is what she told me to do.
Get some cold water, flour, salt and a clean pillow case or sheet white.. Mix it as a paste and before you go to bed at night put it on that area and then wrap that area with part of the pillow case or sheet. Make sure you wrap it fairly tight so it does not come loose when you sleep at night.
It took several days for it to work but it did work for me.
