I exercise regularly and have a good diet. . .yet I still have cellulite at the back part of my legs. Does it ever go away or am I stuck with it for life ? :(

Pilates, yoga, low/high impact aerobics

genral exercise dosnt usually tighten skin, just make you be healthier/loose weight. these exercises are more specified to tight skin and make it more elastic.
ofcourse theres really good creams and stuff…but honestly i dont think they work very well, even the best ones… i mean im guessing, but its not natural, it proberbly has ingredients that when you stop using it, it makes your skin become worse than it already was.

although… you are human, so the bit of cellulite you have may be hard to get rid of, but if you eat well, exerzise well, just do the specified activities to tighten your legs.

OO just rmembered, you can put weights on your ancles and do some exerzises at aerobics!
