Actually my first question is are stretch marks possible only to someone who has a child ?because i have some marks which i guess r stretch marks,provided they can occur to girls too!!i wsnt knwing abt it,so just tell me some exercises or some natural ways to get rid of them,i already started jogging, squats and lunges.thanks

Cardio is an excellent way to reduce cellulite (example: jogging, climbing stairs, anything that gets your heart pumping hard). Mine is going away, but let me fore-warn you, it takes a long time. cellulite will never completely go away, but reducing it is possible. There are creams that you can use too. Another great exercise you can do is Backwards lunges off of a step with weights (if available). It takes some time to get your balance, but do a couple of sets of them, and you should see results fairly quickly.

Hi, After reading your blog i really got to think about this.I must say it is very helpful for stretch marks.Day cream and Exercise is very help full to maintain our Physical apperance.
