The best workout would be cardio. running, especially up hills and stairs. stay away from chips, soda, candy, greecy foods etc. load up on protein and eat lots of small meals throughout the day. lots of water, fruits, and veggies. chicken breast…but grilled not fried. :) when going out to eat, choose a sald, with a vinager dressing.
